I cannot say enough about the help and services we received from Teresa Herold with Good Trip Travel Co. in Ankeny on our recent trip to the UK. Teresa made sure we had everything we needed in advance to ensure a smooth trip, even with a short notice on our part. Not only did she help up front with our planning, she helped once we were overseas (anytime during the day or evening) when we came across a snag with a tour. She assisted in officially cancelling that tour and lining up an equal replacement tour, something I was having difficulties getting resolved. We also appreciated a chance to sit down with both Teresa and Victoria (owner of Good Trip Travel) up front; as novice travelers, they answered all of our questions and relieved our concerns. I chose this place to help me with my first ever cruise because they were able to help my grumpy old stepfather who praised them and he doesn't like anyone in Iowa except me. When Teresa first got a hold of me and I started telling her what I wanted I wasn't for certain she could deliver. But this woman not only delivered she went above and beyond what I expected and I plan on using her services on every personal trip from here on out. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand virtually, Teresa is that gal. If you're looking for someone to do research and give you the 3 best options, Teresa is that gal. If you're looking for someone to print out all the instructions because you're not technologically savvy, Teresa is your gal. The one thing I didn't use her services on and I won't make that mistake again is having her schedule my cruise. I did that all on my own and because I did she couldn't get certain information from the cruise I had to take time out of my day to get the needed information. Again, I won't be making that mistake again.

Hildy was amazing to work with for our recent trip to Aruba! She scheduled everything on our itinerary and all our transportation.
