I bought a plane ticket at this office and the person named Gloria charged me $70 for a 50 pound suitcase. I told her that the 50 pound suitcase didn't appear on the paper she gave me and she assured me that it was entered into the system. When it was my turn to travel, I had to pay $140 because she lied to me. Be careful with this office.
