Kim made our trip to Cancun such a breeze! I gave her little to no information other than when we wanted to go, that we wanted to fly out of Lansing, and that we wanted an all-inclusive and she came up with like 10 different places and price points. After booking the emails she sent with our details and making sure we had everything we needed before and then checked in on us once we got back was the best! I highly recommend working with Kim even if you are capable of booking your own trips (which is what I typically do) it was so amazing to have someone else search and compare places, rate them, share feedback about the places, and schedule all logistics so all we had to do was show up made vacation feel like a real vacation!

I honestly thought that working with a travel agent was expensive, so when I learned that having Kim plan my trips was free I stopped planning travel ever again.
