We recently went on the Gem Travels tour in South Africa and I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire experience was – all thanks to this exceptional tour group! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The team took such great care of us and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Everything was very well organized – from transportation to accommodations, and all the tickets for our activities were booked in advance. The itinerary was fantastic – every site we visited felt like the perfect choice to truly capture the beauty and diversity of Africa. From thrilling safari rides full of native animals, helicopter tours, zip-lining adventures, beautiful ocean views and the breathtaking Victoria Falls, every activity was memorable and well-planned. We felt like we got the full Africa experience. A huge shout-out to chef Prabhu, who was not only incredibly kind, but also cooked the most delicious meals – always fresh and served piping hot. It made a big difference after long adventure-filled days! (Thank you Prabhu) We also want to recognize the amazing staff –Nashit and Fenil- each of them played such an important role in making our trip so enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They made sure we were prepped before each of our site seeing tours, as well as brought fresh chai in the thermos for us to give during our transport to each of the sites. They were there from the beginning of the trip to end. They started the day with us in the bus and they waited until we were done with our tour. They made sure everything went well and we were satisfied with our tour. So big thank you them both!
