My experience with this airline was one of the worst I have ever experienced. flight time delayed from 10:15 pm then to 11:54 pm. Then they let us know that its delayed till 6 am. no hotel voucher given. no additional reimbursement other that if you want to reschedule. now 6 am has come and gone and they can't seem to find the pilot. I booked frontier because they were better priced but I think it will be the last time.

I was flying home from a family emergency on June 30 with three of my kids. As we were about to go through TSA, I pulled up our boarding passes only to find out that our flight had been canceled. No email, no text, no app notification. I had checked the flight status multiple times throughout the day and everything showed it was still on time until suddenly it wasn’t, just an hour and a half before boarding. We rushed to the ticket counter hoping to get some help and were met with zero empathy. The agent simply said to scan a code if I wanted a refund and then asked how does rebooking on the next flight July 4th sound?? It was June 30. Four days later is not a solution. We were stranded for the night and ended up having to rebook with Southwest just to get home. I will never book with Frontier again. The only reason I chose them this time was because I needed to get home urgently for a family emergency. Never again.

Terrible experience. My flight was suppose to leave at 10 am instead it left at 3:30 am. We boarded and sat on a hot plane for an hour before they told us to get off because we didn't have a pilot. Throughout the day they kept delaying and delaying the flight. We were told that we were going to depart at 9 pm, then 10 pm, then 11 pm, then 1 am. After the fourth delay, I cancelled my entire flight reservation and was charged a cancellation fee! Ridiculous! I want a FULL refund. This was the most stressful start to a vacation I have ever experienced! Do not fly Frontier Airlines!

I've flown a total of 3 times and 2 out of 3 was an atrocious experience. Even speaking to their customer service (when the phone lines or chat work) is a very disappointing experience. Flight had 7 hour delays and we were also grounded for several hours. They refuse to make things right with their customers.

If I could post negative stars I would. Flight is uncomfortable and customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I understand it’s a budget airline, but they look for ways to actually screw you. I’ve never had a worst experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND FLYING WITH FRONTIER. Their plans are also outdated and had a mechanical issue which delayed our flight. Luckily we arrived safely, but the plain didn’t feel safe mid air. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE, YOUR LIFE IS WORTH MORE THAN THE SAVINGS.
