Would give zero stars if possible. Flight scheduled to leave at 12:43; Frontier started to board us but then decided to perform a “tail switch” and gave away our good-to-go plane to a group flying to El Salvador. They boarded US all on the plane that was originally bound to El Salvador (which was grounded with a mechanical issue), over an hour later, and we stayed sitting on the tarmac for over two hours. Flight attendants offered water but failed to offer snacks (and flat-out refused to provide them - either complimentary or for sale, when asked, in direct violation of DOT 14 CFR § 259.4(c)(4)), then forced us to deplane shortly after 3:40pm, after we’d received 7 texts confirming that we’d be leaving before then (albeit delayed). They delayed our flight to 6:50pm; who knows if we’ll actually board by then. They claim the plane is too heavy to take off because of the extra fuel that was destined for the El Salvador destination. When I asked the gate attendant to reschedule my connecting flight, she flat-out refused. In a display of sexism, she offered to rebook the gentleman in front of me (who will also be going to my final destination) onto a new connecting flight, as well as reserve for him a hotel voucher on-the-spot for this evening; when I requested her to help me rebook my connecting flight and a hotel voucher , she refused and said she “couldn’t do that“. All the seats in the waiting area were full, with no space to plug in my phone (which was at 2% secondary to the delays). When I plugged my phone into the only open outlet, a different gate attendant began yelling at me, angry that I’d plugged in near the desk. Later, I saw someone else plug in an electronic device in the same place without any incident. Now I’ll miss out not only on spending additional time with friends, but will miss work tomorrow because of the flight reschedule, which I hope will actually be rescheduled.

I signed up for the Go Wild during the promotion period where I'd be able to start using the pass immediately and receive the Discount Den. Frontier never added it to my account immediately like the promotion said. The call center gave me the run around and finally I was told that the promo was only for returning Go Wild customers. That's not what the promo said so I assumed they would honor it, but no. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund. I bought the pass so my wife and I could travel to NYC for my treatments. I told them this and they still didn't care. Finally, I got a rep that gave me a refund, but they should've honored the promo even if it was a mistake. And given why I needed the pass to travel for treatments, I would've thought they would make an exception. I will never give my money to Frontier ever again.

Hats off to Salma the supervisor at ATL Hartsfield who tried relentlessly to help 2 passengers who missed their flight. These ladies were older, one with a medical condition and both did not speak English. Salma went out of her way to do everything possible to get these ladies on another flight even using part of her lunch break to help them. Salma you give hope that there are many good people in this world. Frontier is very lucky to have you representing their brand. Thank you and God bless🙌

My Frontier flight was a nightmare from start to finish. Extremely delayed, staffed with rude employees, and baggage claim took over two hours just to get our luggage to the carousel. The whole experience felt like a bad joke—except no one was laughing. Frontier should take a page from Spirit’s book and rebrand, because at this rate, they deserve to go out of business. I will never waste another dime on this airline. Extremely dissatisfied.

I bought flight insurance for delayed or cancelled flights. We were told our flight was delayed by two hours. I stepped out for a smoke and came back in to find out my flight came and gone as well as two other flights. Not even close to a 2 hour delay and I’m stuck buying a ticket to complete my trip. The additional ticket 5x’s more expensive than the original ticket. Trying to save money and Wham! Nope, no saving with this company. I would’ve been better off flying 1st class with the first deal I found. It was actually cheaper than the two coach tickets I ended up buying through Frontier Airlines. Thanks for the horrible experience.
