    Once again, Frontier disappointed me... as if all the hassle I had on the trip from Las Vegas to Orlando wasn't enough, with several delays, a food voucher that was useless because when they sent it, the stores were already closed at the airport, so I couldn't use it... then they gave me a voucher for a new trip... I wanted to believe it would be different this time... but things only got worse... on the flight from Orlando to Dallas, they started with a notice offering a free flight change and a $250 voucher for anyone who canceled that flight... then the boarding time changes began... then, after all the passengers were already on the plane waiting for takeoff, a notice came that we should leave the plane alone and go to another, which caused widespread fear and discontent... because if the plane had problems, why did we board, shouldn't this have been checked beforehand? But I don't believe that's what happened because we were put on a slightly larger plane, probably to accommodate all the passengers due to the overbooking practiced... I missed my transfer contracted in Dallas due to the delay in arriving in the city... I had to rent a car in a hurry to get from the airport to the hotel... As if that weren't enough, the problems persisted on the return flight from Dallas to Orlando... Another delay in boarding time, a change of boarding gate, terrible service from the professionals who were there and no one said anything... When they released access to the plane, when I got to my seat, it was dirty, with a lot of sugar and paper everywhere, in other words, the plane wasn't cleaned between one flight and another... Not to mention the service from the flight attendants... very rude to everyone... one of the worst experiences of my life when it comes to air travel... I called the hotline to complain and the information they gave me was that delays can happen... but coincidence or not, only on Frontier flights... I took some photos of several Frontier flights delayed, while other airlines are operating normally within the initially scheduled time, without causing inconvenience to their customers... only Frontier is causing problems... I would like to know what action will be taken as it is unacceptable that all the reported events go unpunished... waiting for a quick response

    Frontier NEVER! Delta FOREVER! Frontier Airlines is an absolute disgrace to the travel industry. My overseas flight back to the U.S. was abruptly canceled. Trying to reach customer service was its own nightmare 2+ hour hold times, only to finally get someone on the line who was clearly reading from a useless script in the Philippines. How is this even a functioning airline? The total lack of communication, accountability, and basic human decency from Frontier is appalling. I’ve had budget flights before, but this was budget ethics. If you're considering flying with Frontier to save a few dollars, do yourself a favor: pay a little more and fly literally anyone else. You may save money with Frontier, but you'll lose time, sleep, and probably your sanity. Horrific Experience Avoid Frontier at All Costs

    I’m here to warn everyone not to book a flight with this company. My husband's parents, who are both over 70 and have medical conditions, have had their flight canceled or delayed twice over consecutive days. The first day, they spent 10 hours at the airport waiting to board. When they finally boarded, just about to take off, the plane circled back from the runway and told them they couldn't travel due to bad weather. Please explain how other flights were still taking off if that was the case. When they returned the second day, they boarded the plane again, only to be stuck for another two hours. Once more, they were told to get off because the second pilot couldn't be found. How do you lose a pilot? To make matters worse, customer service is nonexistent. They have a customer service line, but no one answers. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and still got no response. I hung up and never received a callback. The chat box is no help either, as it’s just bots. In person, the experience was terrible, rude staff who don’t know how to treat customers. All of this has left my family traumatized. My father-in-law almost had a panic attack on the second day because he was looking forward to seeing us, and now he can't.

    Second time I had ever taken a trip, Had a problem, Had no way to contact anyone from frontier, staff at the desk said they had no control. There was nothing that I could do. Perseverance was the key after they tried charging me 5X the amount the I originally paid for my ticket. I ended up paying three times the amount which is still concerning. Next time I will do my homework.

    have been in the San Diego airport Frontier Airlines! I have no where to go but got dropped off 6:30am. Got to the desk the desk person said she can’t take my bag until 8:15 2 hours before departure! My flight boarding is 9:33 that’s all the app shows not departure! Frontier has no hub or dedicated gate n they flip flop at a moments notice as well as taking off earlier than departure time! I arrived here 1 hr earlier as proof if you’re not in your toes you miss your flights! I’ve always been able to drop off luggage n go get breakfast! Not with frontier. I complained regarding my app was 9:33 time moved up for boarding from 10:15! But the desk would not allow drop off even at 7:30 since 9:30 is 2 hours. I’m elite propriety! I took a picture of the supervisor she told me I can’t police was called. I did ask her for her name but refused to give it is why I took the picture. Police came said they get called allot by Frontier! The police officer said go up for the 7:30 but they still refused. They said 2 hours before departure! Not boarding! I have only time to grab a cold to go sandwich n drink before boarding to Denver for 2 hour layover! Where in Denver the wheelchair attendant maned to gate! It’s 9:17 the plane for my flight is here to board! Frontier needs to address this during peek travel times this is not informed nor is it posted at any other airports! It’s like the Sandiago supervisor really does not want to do her job for the customer but on her timing! TSA said I can take her picture it’s a free world! I hate Frontier they can keep there credit card because the status means nothing! I have posted the pictures on social media n I have friends that are also posting the occurance on other apps n social media as well! Don’t fly Frontier I have not had a good experience on any of the flights I’ve taken with them! The desk area has 4 seats I had to sit outside with sketchy ppl! I called corporate number you get to chat text! Only way to speak to anyone on Frontier! Then they say go to the desk to take up the problem ni told them they were the problem but since I was trying to get to my gate to not miss the flight it disconnected! They gave me a number to call nobody answers it! Yeah also the number they gave me was the number to the desk I was standing in SanDiego which nobody answered! I’ve attempted to reach corporate today! It’s Wednesday and the website says it’s closed! This was originally posted 8/26/24. But since there is nobody to reach this needs to be addressed! Somebody needs to answer to the way customers are treated n making up rules to make customers be on there timing! Sincerely legal issues need to be filed!

    DON'T RISK IT FOR A CHEAP PRICE. Ive had bad airline experiences before, but using frontier here was BY FAR the worst. The policies and behavior this airline and its employees have should be borderline illegal. My 7pm sunday flight from Sea to Phx was 1st delayed an hour for "maintenance". Then another hour. Then another. Then finally it was cancelled at 10pm. During this 4 hour span, gate workers gave absolutely no announcements, explanations, updates, or apologies to the packed terminal. The only updates given were through their website which just said "delayed" We were then forced to wait 30 mins in line to talk to gate workers to transfer flights & get hotels. After explaining i had purchased 3rd party flight insurance (offered directly on Frontier's website during their checkout), the employee says he's never heard of it or the insurer, but that he'd speak to his manager. He assured me 100% my flight & hotel would be comped and provided at no charge, but that i must wait for an email voucher that would be sent out after everyone was dealt with. About 30 other people were told the same. We all wait 30 mins before all the gate employees simply grab their stuff and leave in a group without a word or update. I and some others chase them down and ask whats going on. They say the email will be sent in a few mins and it will handle everything. Me and the 30 other people wait another 30 mins till 12am before we all finally realize no email is being sent, and that we were completely lied to. I check all Frontier gates and their check in booths, and literally every Frintier employee in the airport had left. I check Frontie's next available flights: 1 flight at 8pm the next day with an 8+ hour layover in nevada, and no other options. Are you kidding me???? Thank god i got 3rd party insurance, and was able to book an Alaska flight for 6am that morning. I then drastically overpay on the worst motel ive ever stayed at (it was close, one of the cheapest, and i was only staying 5 hours) before coming back in the morning. STILL NOT A SINGLE FRONTIER EMPLOYEE IN THE AIRPORT from 5:30am-7am, so I'm forced to call customer service after my flight. On the phone, i reach the loudest indian call center i have spoken to. At least 8 other phone calls can be heard in the background. I tell her my experience and how a comped hotel was promised to me, only for her to offer a $50 coupon for one of their future flights. I press her about my hotel fees and the wasted time/effort they'd caused me, only for her to try to BLAME ME. She said it was MY mistake since i didnt call before my flight to handle this!!! They seriously expected me to call and deal with this between 12am-7am the monday morning of my 7am flight after a weekend trip and THEM canceling my flight before purposely LYING TO ME saying theyd contact me AND wasting my time while completely ignoring me. I told her that her flight coupon is complete garbage and to keep it, since i will never fly with them again. Lesson learned: cheap airlines are NEVER worth it. If you still try them, 110% get the 3rd party cancelation insurance.

    At Denver Airport, Frontier airlines COMMUNICATION RADIO LEFT TURNED ON LOUD ALL NIGHT FOR HOURS at the Gate A-75 desk, and NO ONE AT THAT DESK monitoring or manning that radio, very annoying and completely unnecessary to leave that radio on SO LOUD for hours all night, ALL NIGHT ! HEARING THAT LOUD RADIO CHATTER by Frontier staff constantly. Most of the people (including myself) at Gate A-75 are actually trying to REST or SLEEP while they wait for their flight to arrive in the morning ! Finally, at about 2:30 AM, I called Frontier airlines customer service and the representative said he had no way to reach anyone at Denver Airport to come to Gate A-75 and turn off that communications radio ! UNBELIEVABLE ! After getting no help, I went to see if I could find a Frontier airlines STAFF (or ANYONE) that would go turn that radio off, and I moved away from Gate A-75 (although Gate A-75 is quieter because the other Gates have music playing loud all night from restaurants). Just to see if i could get a DIFFERENT RESPONSE I called again at about 3:00 A.M. but the response was the same. I also used the chat option on the Frontier airlines app, and no difference. Frontier airlines really needs to monitor their communications radio situation, especially late at night. I DID enjoy the Frontier airlines FLIGHT from Pensacola, Florida to Denver, Colorado. Also, earlier in the evening when I asked Frontier staff some questions they were very helpful and friendly, so that's a big PLUS !

    Disgraceful excuse for a brand in an industry that allegedly values customer care. This airline is the most direct and callous version of corporate greed in the flight industry - the cheap ticket is not worth it because you will be asked to pay for everything else at a premium. Your bag(s), refreshments, and seats will all be an additional charge. Sometimes that charge will come as a surprise at the gate if you’re one of the unlucky fliers picked by the gate attendant for having a personal item that seems just slightly too large. Pay or don’t board. Once on the plane you’ll taxi for much longer than expected because it feels like Frontier is usually deprioritized in gate positioning. Don’t worry, while you wait you’ll listen to an insufferable sales pitch about a Frontier credit card accompanied by the flight attendant’s contrived enthusiasm. As if any amount of financial gamification could ever make this persistently late, disorganized, unfriendly, shell of an airline service a good trade. I recommend not flying Frontier because they seem to resent their customers just as much as you would resent your experience. The supposed savings are a) not real and b) not worth the cost of your suffering and frustration. Clowns.
