My boyfriend flight was canceled and I was trying to rebook him. Another flight went up to the counter. The lady told me that I can’t purchase a ticket until 10 o’clock. I tried to explain that my boyfriend was canceled and I just need to retaking she told me for him to go to the counter of whatever airport he was at. I tried to ask more questions. She called the next customer in line while I was still waiting there, I asked her for her name and she continue to talk to the next customer that she caught in front of me and reached over me to help the other guest while I was still standing there. She was very rude. Very not attentive to my knees, she treated me awful very disrespectful And from the comments it looks like this is not her first time.

Extremely Disappointed with Frontier Airlines at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport My experience with Frontier Airlines at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport was completely unpleasant from start to finish. The service attitude from the staff was unprofessional and lacking courtesy. Dropping off luggage was disorganized, and wheelchair assistance was extremely slow and poorly managed. To make things worse, the gate agent changed my paid seat without notifying me or giving a valid explanation. I was told it was because of a “mother with a child,” but when we boarded, there was no mother with a child — instead, a young woman in her late 20s was sitting in that spot. I had specifically paid to sit in the same row as my parents, and I was unfairly bumped to another seat. Now I have to waste my time calling customer service just to request a refund for the seat I already paid for. The dishonesty and lack of communication from Frontier staff are unacceptable. I will think twice before ever booking with Frontier again.

One of my worst experiences with an airline in my entire life was when I missed my connection due to Frontier's negligence. From the reviews, I see that this happens very frequently. In Atlanta, they gave me a flight eight hours later and did not offer me any compensation, not to mention the terrible attitude of the staff, who clearly do not care and even enjoy seeing others suffer. It's a rubbish airline, full of unhappy employees. I will never fly with Frontier again.

Frontier employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. This manager in the picture at the Frontier appears to be very poorly trained and has a big attitude, very disrespectful towards customers. She was chitchatting on her phone, while 30 ppl waiting for a solution and she only came back with the same, unreasonable answers. The gate personnel in the picture just closed the gate while 30 people didn’t board the plane. She didn’t try to help the customers but told the costumers to “go figure it out”.

I had a connecting flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles this past Friday to attend a memorial service for my grandmother. After the flight was delayed by an hour, everyone was informed that the flight had been canceled. They didn't give us a reason, only directed us to a different part of the airport to book another flight. When we arrived, Frontier was only willing to offer us a 7:30 PM flight the following day. Since the memorial service was scheduled for the AM, the new flight didn't make sense for me, so I requested a refund, which I should have been able to select through the email informing me that the flight was canceled. However, none of the links in the email worked, and, predictably, my reply bounced back. I then waited half an hour in a different line (as directed by the crew offering the 7:30 PM next day flight), only to be told that the counter "doesn't process refunds" and I'd have to call the main line. I called the main line, which was also unable to verify the steps necessary to receive a refund. Only after I posted about the ordeal on Instagram did someone respond, giving me an estimate of "longer than 7 business days." However, the refund would only apply to the flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles and not the flight from DC (Dulles) to Atlanta because the first flight successfully arrived at the destination. Wow... I had planned on being in the Atlanta airport for 90 minutes to connect to the second flight. Instead, I got stuck there for 10 hours. Please don't bother if you don't want to lose $ and patience. Next time, I'll stick with Spirit.
