    7/28/25 update….i decided to give another chance….snd the proved me right with the first review, ticket for sake on Expedia $157 round trip…great price, right?!?! The site/App wouldn’t let me sign in so I had to call to do the free seat choice….but I find out that’s just pre flight payment oft DOES NOT get you a seat. They have your money now on a non refundable flight….and that’s when they hit you more fees…..if you want to actually fly that flight you have to purchase seats ( these are not included in the price of the ticket) now you buy your seats for additional $ 100 per flight, my $157 ticket has turned into a $357 trip! So don’t thin for a minute the price you see is for a seat….rel said “ oh no, Ma’am seats are not included in the price. “ so look at other airlines for any flights. Simply stay away from Frontier airlines. Next they will charge you for the air on your flight, I can hear it now… ( if you would like to breathe while in the flight that will be another $100… or If you would like to speak to your flight attendant that will cost too.) just saying. Take a look at the prices for in flight snack, that will tell how money hungry and fraudulent company that have become. I believe they are sister company to spirit airlines ( another terrible company. I flew spirit only once and learned my lesson. I have learned it once again with frontier. Avoid at all costs. They charge for everything’ I don’t recommend this air lines in any shape or form

    Basic but better than Spirit. I did not like that I had to download an app to check-in, and baggage policies/fees are out of control but overall the flight was nice. It was smooth, peaceful, and I even took a little nap (which never happens)

    At check in we tried to add my bag both on the flight there and on the flight back. It never worked. It kept saying there was inadequate passenger information, even when everything was filled out completely. This forced me to spend and extra $20, honestly I would go with a different airline. Other airlines give you a carry on and I have never had a problem with adding or changing with them. The affordable airline I suggest is Jet Blue, but I also love pretty much all the bigger air lines!

    They changed my gate, seats were a little tight. Nothing complimentary. But the overall flight wasn't bad. They got me to my destination on time safely.

    My girlfriend and I flew from Cincinnati-Orlando-Baltimore today for my brothers wedding and had a good flight but possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I’m not an angry person but the incompetence of these people made my blood boil. They made us check our luggage rather than bring it as a carry-on like we wanted to do. But we agreed to make it easier. When we finally landed in Baltimore we went to the baggage claim and waited for our luggage like we were supposed to. But our luggage never came. We only had 2 hours until we had to be at a dinner rehearsal for the wedding so we were in a bit of a time crunch. We then decided to go into the customer service office right next to baggage claim. There were 2 women in there which I had to acknowledge first, almost as if they couldn’t be bothered speaking to me. We told them our luggage never came out and you could see in their faces they couldn’t stand talking to us. Both women’s eyes were bloodshot red and they both acted and reacted very very slowly. That only makes me think they’re high on the job. After we told them about our luggage being missing one of the women said “oh it’s her bag,” talking about my girlfriend. Which means they knew about the luggage being missing. To make a long story short those 2 women were no help at all. They told us it would show up at midnight tonight. They then asked us if we could come pickup the luggage but we’re both out of town with no vehicles. One of the women then says that there is nothing they could do. We then called frontier customer service and they told us that the customer service at the airport had to give us a claim number for our luggage so we could be reimbursed. We ended up going back and the customer service was closed. We then went to the baggage drop off and met yet another employee with bloodshot eyes and acting and reacting very slowly. After 2 hours of arguing we finally got what we needed. Now we’re hoping our luggage actually shows up tonight. I have a wedding tomorrow around midday and I already missed a dinner rehearsal because of this. Never did I think I would be stuck in Baltimore until Sunday with no clothes, none of our personal toiletries, and no help from the people who have caused this. I hope people will read all these 1 star reviews and book with a different airline.

    well, I had my first experience and it will also be my last, with Frontier Airlines this morning. We arrived on time and we’re instructed to go upstairs so that they could separate us from the Orlando flight. I was going to Tampa. We went down when they called us and we went through TSA. Two of our bags were pulled and caused a slight delay. We went to the gate and there were people that had just gone out the door in front of us and there were people on the ramp. The gate attendant looked at us and said the doors are closed and you’ve missed your flight. No matter what we said, they would not accommodate us. I think it was the worst case of customer service that I have ever seen. I think the gate attendant could’ve just said quick go you’ll catch your flight. There were people on the ramp. I cannot believe that you would treat customers this way. I understand that it’s not the gate attendance fault. I understand that it’s not TSA’s fault. I understand that TSA and the gate are very different entities. But I think there could’ve been some common sense in this interaction that would’ve made it turn out better. I will never fly frontier again. I will never suggest to anyone that they should take frontier and I will never go to Mercer Trenton airport ever again. Also, by the way, I am pretty sure we lost our money on this. All in all really horrific experience that could have been solved by common sense.
