Worst airline EVER def book with other airlines. Plane doesn’t even have a slot where u can plug in your phone. They can’t communicate with you regarding if your plane is getting delayed. It’s up to you to figure it out, nobody in the airline seems to be able to help out. They won’t work with you, you’ll have to book a whole flight if you ever missed it because of them (: fyi ur money and time is best used somewhere else (:

I would leave lower stars if I could. They have the DUMBEST rules. We waited for a hour in line to check our bag because no one was at the counter and when we got to the front of the line they said we had to wait longer because they weren’t checking bags for our flight yet. So couldn’t go past security and get a drink and wait, had to wait out by the stupid curb for them to decide when we could drop out bags. Worst service ever, will make it a point to never ever fly with them again

F9 1864 DEN to OKC My wife and I flew with our 2 yr old from Seattle to Oklahoma. Over all expierence was ok. I do not recommend flying frontier unless you are flying solo with zero extra baggage. All carry on items are an additional $70. (Yikes) In order to make your trip flawless under your control, download the frontier app and check in. Good: they board and deplane from both rear and front of the plane. That’s nice for a quicker process. Flight crews are stellar. They are professionals. The BAD: Carry on luggage is an additional $70 per bag. Personal item(backpack) is the only free item you can bring. You will be asked to check the carry on and personal bag fitment check prior to boarding if your bag looks suspect. All beverages and food during flight cost money. They are not free. NO WIFI whatsoever during flight. The GROUND CREW/gate crew are horrendous. Gate crew was heard loudly using fouls language amongst each other. Gate crew did not perform their duties to standard which resulted the flight crew to back track and fix there issues. The gate crew appeared lost with the process. Noticed at Both Seattle and Denver departure gates. The passenger next to me got up from her seat and deplaned after stating she wasn’t happy with the process prior to leaving. Overall I would give frontier a 6 out of 10. Need seasoned professionals operating the gate that knows how to talk to the general public with class.

Where to start......My husband needed to cancel his flight for family reasons. I tried the app, it tried to cancel us both and would not separate our tickets! Then I called customer service, it was a 220 min wait!! So...I drove to the airport to speak to customer service in person. No one was there at their desk, they said until a flight is due in or out no comes, we'll that was not for several more hours so I left. I thought I could just get his flight credited when I checked in, nope!!! She said she couldn't do it, that I would have to call customer service for another 220 min wait!! This is ridiculous!!! I have to be desperate to use this airline again!!
