If I could leave a 0 I would. This airline is extremely inconsistent and employs staff that are rude and extremely disrespectful yet support the bad behavior. They charge for even asking for help at the terminal and add charges for every while all being hidden. This is a disgusting practice and I only flew due to travel agent booking however this solidifies reasoning to NEVER fly with airline.

Worst experience in 30-year air travel. Was flying from CID to SLC via DEN connecting flight was canceled, no hotel no food sleeping at the terminal was promised my luggage will be transferred and on the same flight once arrived in SLC no luggage The desk clerk was extremely rude and unhelpful and threatened not to help if I kept punching for answers. He then promised it was on the next flight from DEN, so I wanted to see it was not. I then had to go on my Grand canyon 10-day trip without my luggage. I had assumed as agreed they would send the missing suitcase to my home. 6 months after litigation, they let me know that the luggage was permanently lost and gave me a fraction of the listed valuables I had in the suitcase. Yes, they are cheap, but that's the end of any benefit you will get if you travel successfully with them. They really don't care about customers. They also don't care about the law unless you file a lawsuit. This would deserver no star, but a bad review is all I can write. It was not just one bad experience but a collection of many things that went from bad to worse. Don't waste your time with a cheap ticket if it matters you get there on time and if you have any luggage with you.

Frontier go wild pass is a scam do not get one. I bought a pass and could not use it one time. I also found out it automatically renews when they tried to charge my credit card again. They make it impossible to talk to a person to cancel it. This is predatory.

I’ve flown many times and had no serious issues. With frontier I missed my plane in the morning due to an unannounced/updated board for a gate change. Absolutely no flights available for 3 days. Had to buy tickets from different airline much further from home and not reimbursed for my flight/connecting flight. Unable to get ahold of my luggage from my home airport through frontier. :( Will not fly with them again.

My boyfriend and I flew Frontier last week. Before I flew we were completely aware they’re packing their flights and aren’t taking any social distancing guidelines, so of course we can’t complain about that it was our choice. But what I couldn’t believe was the lack of mask enforcement. We sat behind a man who’s mask was down almost the entire flight and the flight attendants even talked to him while it was down and said nothing. If they aren’t going to distance people they could at least enforce federal law...
