I recently had a very disappointing experience with Frontier Airlines at Detroit Metro Airport. I had purchased a round-trip ticket from DTW to BWI with a carry-on included. For my return trip, I added a checked bag online. However, when I checked in, the carry-on that was part of my original ticket had disappeared from my reservation. I spoke with several Frontier desk staff members, but they were unable to explain the issue and seemed unwilling to assist. With the fear of missing my flight, I called customer service. After a stressful delay, they finally corrected the problem at the last minute. I had to rush through security and barely made it to the gate, experiencing a near panic attack. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Hope the airline should pay attention in this area.

Lashon was beyond wonderful with her excellent Customer service expertise! I am so very greatful she was able to assist my family and I today!! Suvonne was excellent aswell!! And last but not least Teresa was wonderful aswell in assisting us with our needs and excellent customer service skill! Thank you FRONTIER!!!!!

Worst Airlines experience. Delayed and i missed my conneting flight because of their delay. I didn’t get any food or hotel voucher from frontier. Even they didn’t talk with me properly. Let's talk about experience in Frontier Detroit. They even measured my backpack! What an unprofessional behaviour. i didn’t buy the carry on and i am aware of my backpack or personal items! But the counters reception was too rough! As they are just doing luggage business not providing services! They even mentioned every time that if anyone's backpack is more than the allocated one, they have to pay 99 dollars. How ridiculous. i have been travelling with many Airlines but this is the first time i faced issues like this. The plane got delayed and i was worried aboht my conneting flight. i asked to the reception about the update of new timing. looked like she got upset with my questions. Finally, when the plane arrived to the next airport, i missed the conneting. My gate was D25.

I believe this was the most miserable flying experience of my life. The gate agent was nasty, mistreating everyone who irked her or struggled to follow instructions. Sometimes people have different cognitive abilities. Sometimes ppl struggle with English because it isn't their first language or they've had different access to education. There is no reason to mistreat your customers like this! Beyond this woman's disgusting behaviour on the evening of 6.23.25, I was deeply disappointed in the REPEATED changes to our flights! We booked nonstop but wound up with insane layovers that did not work with our schedules whatsoever. They charge you to talk to someone about it & they refused to refund tickets for flights we couldn't make. I am beyond disgusted. I will never fly Frontier again. Please save yourself the money, hassle, & headache — book with an airline that shows at least a modicum of respect for the people paying for services. Frontier is the airline equivalent of Greyhound Buses 🙃

The airline lacks friendly customer service and does not seat you with your family. When you ask them to change seats to sit with who is traveling with you, they ask you to pay for “an upgrade”. When I requested to be seated with my family, I was told by one of the staff that it was a full flight, yet when I got on the plane, the flight attendant told me to sit in another area where there were two empty seats! This happened because someone else had taken my seat, which I didnt care, but what aggravated me was that the flight was not full and that were several empty seats where my family and I could sit together. Will not fly with Frontier again.

To whom It may concern the staff from frontiers airline in Detroit michigan who do boarding pass was very dispectful and disappointed very rude don't how talk customer who ever in charge of frontier airline. I will advise you have long meeting with your staff or your review is always going bad for business and people not want take frontiers airline any more somebody need to do something about your staff I am very seriously. I am not flight with frontiers airline any more you need a conversation us with something free ticket or $500 dollar voucher something need give I am seriously.
