The absolute worst experience of my life. Delayed flight then cancelled flight. Got the complete runaround for a refund or any compensation for hotel stay. Asked to speak to a counter manager at Cleveland Frontier Counter, the manager asked for the agent to lie to me and say he was in a meeting. So far I have spoken to a variety of Frontier employees who have confirmed engine problems with planes, cheap airlines equals cheap accountability from management and above. Terrible airline experience!!! Don’t go cheap with this airline, not worth the hassle or risk.

Arrived at CLE Airport about 2.5 hrs early today. Security was a bit brutal today as alot of people are flying out today. Getting through security took about 30 to 45 minutes this afternoon.

I decided to take a weekend trip with a party of 4 of us. Since it was only the weekend, I picked frontier because a personal bag was included in the ticket price. However I feel like Frontier purposefully separated us so I would be willing to pay a $30/piece seat selection fee. We opted not to do that considering it was a short flight and the cost was crazy so we were all separated except my son who is less than 13 years old. The seats were really uncomfortable (I dont expect them to be comfy, but they were rock hard). At one point during our flight we had about a 15-20 speech about applying for a frontier credit card and exclusive offers. I doubt I'll be flying this airline again. The pilots did a good job, that is the only reason they are getting 2 stars.

Frontier is a scam. Paid for checked bags ahead of time and the luggage belt wasn’t working, so they let us just carry it on. Our connecting flight made us REPAY for the bags as carry-ons?? $400 down the drain. -10/10 experience.

Absolutely horrible airline that allows you to book upgraded seats and then takes them from you for no reason. Saying seats “aren’t available” even though I booked them and paid for them. I will never ever ever fly this shady disgusting airline again.

It was very smooth and comfy and I don’t understand why people hate it. But I’m a little upset because I sat in the front of the plane and there was no TV and you had to pay extra for snacks otherwise very good. But not as good as American, United, or Delta

I WOULD GO BACK TO DONKEY RIDE THAN FLYING WITH FRONTIER… 1- the worst customer service at the baggage. 2- 40lbs instead of regular 50lbs from all airlines. 3- They literally refused to process our luggage and check us in unless we were go get boarding passes from the screens. 4- we are a family of 3. I checked us in and found myself missing a seat on our connecting flight. I had to pay an extra $25 for a seat with $25 which I will claim back. 5- At boarding, the entire passengers of the flight are at Zone 1. 6- At boarding, they literally stoped a family of t 3 to board and overcharged them to pay extra for their disappeared seats. YES… I would rather drive, ride a donkey, walk than flying with this disgusting Airline!
