If I could I would have chosen a ZERO star. My first time with this airline and it will be my last. Arrived at San Diego Airport 2 hours ahead of my flight to Philly. The line was miserable with one employee ONLY!!! Dropping the bag took 45 minutes which takes 5 minutes with other airlines. Then, MISSED MY FLIGHT! TSA was even faster than them although was busy. Got by the gate 20 minutes earlier and the supervisor didn’t allow me and asked me to go downstairs to rebook. I have been setting by their desk FOR AN HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES and no-one showed up. The supervisor herself showed up walking by us ignoring us and said yea yea someone will come to help when I asked her and STILL no one showed up! Plus try calling their customer service and you will get a RAINBOW of answers!!! Each one says something different!!!! DONT DO IT DONT!!!!! IT WAS A MISTAKE and NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!

I have been in the San Diego airport Frontier Airlines! I have no where to go but got dropped off 6:30am. Got to the desk the desk person said she can’t take my bag until 8:15 2 hours before departure! My flight boarding is 9:33 that’s all the app shows not departure! Frontier has no hub or dedicated gate n they flip flop at a moments notice as well as taking off earlier than departure time! I arrived here 1 hr earlier as proof if you’re not in your toes you miss your flights! I’ve always been able to drop off luggage n go get breakfast! Not with frontier. I complained regarding my app was 9:33 time moved up for boarding from 10:15! But the desk would not allow drop off even at 7:30 since 9:30 is 2 hours. I’m elite propriety! I took a picture of the supervisor she told me I can’t police was called. I did ask her for her name but refused to give it is why I took the picture. Police came said they get called allot by Frontier! The police officer said go up for the 7:30 but they still refused. They said 2 hours before departure! Not boarding! I have only time to grab a cold to go sandwich n drink before boarding to Denver for 2 hour layover! Where in Denver the wheelchair attendant maned to gate! It’s 9:17 the plane for my flight is here to board! Frontier needs to address this during peek travel times this is not informed nor is it posted at any other airports! It’s like the Sandiago supervisor really does not want to do her job for the customer but on her timing! TSA said I can take her picture it’s a free world! I hate Frontier they can keep there credit card because the status means nothing! I have posted the pictures on social media n I have friends that are also posting the occurance on other apps n social media as well! Don’t fly Frontier I have not had a good experience on any of the flights I’ve taken with them! The desk area has 4 seats I had to sit outside with sketchy ppl! I called corporate number you get to chat text! Only way to speak to anyone on Frontier! Then they say go to the desk to take up the problem ni told them they were the problem but since I was trying to get to my gate to not miss the flight it disconnected! They gave me a number to call nobody answers it!

I have flown with frontier for the last five years they always take care of my service animal and I. This year traveling from San Diego to Cleveland, They miss labeled my luggage and lost my bag on my Way to Cleveland and on my way home, broke the wheels off of my luggage. I tried to file a second claim under my confirmation number and it wouldn’t allow me to file a second claim for broken luggage because I had previously filed a claim for lost luggage (All courtesy of frontier !) so I called customer service and they had me on hold for an hour and then gave me a number to call that was no longer in service. I was hoping to book another flight with them in three weeks, but I’ll take my business elsewhere!! so disappointed.

Awful experience, waste of money. The "business class" affords zero extra space. All extras, INCLUDING SNACKS, are an additional charge. The airline damaged $20 worth of my items, and lost another $127 worth of items. Customer service treated me like garbage when I called to complain. DO NOT use this airline.

Had to book it as no other flights were available. At my preferred time. The absolute worst experience ever. 5 hour delay, zero communication and just arrogant and unprofessional customer service all together. Honestly expected very basic experience, but this horrible? Never again

I recently flew with Frontier Airlines, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The biggest drawback for me was the seating. The seats were very hard and uncomfortable, which made the flight less enjoyable, especially over longer distances. Comfort really matters when traveling, and this was a big downside. On the positive side, the price point was very good. Frontier is definitely budget-friendly, and for travelers who just want a low-cost option to get from point A to point B, it’s a solid choice. The airline keeps costs down, which makes it appealing compared to other carriers. In short: Frontier Airlines is great if you’re looking for affordability, but be prepared for less comfort when it comes to the seating.
