Heidi, Tracey and Dondria make a fabulous team and I’m very happy to have met them during one of my stops at Bradley airport. They quickly recognized my struggles as I walked into their area with my 2 bags. Every airport does things different so I was happy with the professionalism these women had with my transaction. Then as I was going to enter my plane they gave me a smile and addressed me by my name. I Didn’t think they would’ve remembered me from a 3 hours ago interaction. I wish all my airport interactions with airline personal was as enjoyable as this one was. Thank you ladies. You’re all an asset to frontier airlines. May God bless you all.

My daughter recently flew with Frontier and the clerk at the desk was incredibly rude to her because of a simple mistake she made when booking her ticket online. My daughter owned the mistake, but the clerk belittled her and made her feel awful, just prior to leaving for a trip she was very excited about. There’s no excuse for this from someone whose job it is, is to work directly with customers. This experience would make me think twice about using Frontier.

Flights from Boston to Dallas and back, both delayed seriously. The employees at both airports struggled to speak English and were very short and rude. Any interaction with them comes with up charges as well. The first flight got delayed 3 times and a ton of passengers missed a connection flight and didn’t get a refund or alternative flight. I was lucky I didn’t have a connection. The poor quality snakes and small baggage area also cost a ton of money. You won’t be saving anything on this flight. The seats are very tight and uncomfortable. On the flight back the gate changed and we waited on the tarmac for 40 minutes. The only redeeming quality is that the flight attendants on both flights were friendly and responsive, but that does not make up for the incredible cost and discomfort of using this flight. The flights look cheap, but you will pay with your money, time, discomfort and inconvenience. Not worth it.

Last trip got delayed and on top of everything we landed in Orlando because of “maintenance issues” I found out all the way when we arrived we were frightened. We waited for hours on Orlando to be back to CT. Just to get a $75 voucher. I used Part of the voucher Worst mistake I ever made. I had trouble with a family member which is big size and they had a ticket in the front for more space . She was helping me with my children. When I went to the front and ask if I could board with her they said no. I wasn’t expecting because I was not willing to travel alone with three kids, and this is why she was traveling with me. Worst Airline Ave., JetBlue is fun same cheap prices and they didn’t give me this problem.

Worst customer representatives ever. Had a 12pm flight that got delayed until 6:30pm with no assistance and no rebooking options, other than a refund if I wanted to buy a last minute flight at 4 times the cost of my round trip. Frontier made no effort to help, and no one showed any sense of compassion, responsibility, or urgency. There was no one at the gate to inform the delayed and it wasn't until we got outside the passengers area and back to the front desk, that they sent someone to the gate. We were told we would automatically get a voucher 3 hours after the original departure time. 3 1/2 hours later, no voucher. Go again to the front desk, and the older lady with freckles manually put it in for $10 per person. You can't get a coffee for that.... all meals are at least $20. It was under their control and they chose to make a bad day a lot worse. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a complete failure in customer care. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience with Frontier, and it’s clear I’m not alone. Canceled flights and lack of accountability seem to be more of a pattern than an exception. It’s disappointing, frustrating, and quite frankly, shameful. People make plans around their flights. We have families, jobs, responsibilities. When Frontier cancels flights without support or transparency, it causes real-life consequences—and no one seems to care. They made zero effort to make a bad day just a little better. I guess they are so used to it than they don't care anymore 🤷
