    I have a disability and require wheelchair assistance. I ordered it when I payed for our seats. When taken to the gate I was told I had to get out of the wheelchair because they needed it for other passengers and someone would bring me another chair before boarding. That didn’t happen. My husband asked also but one never came. I then asked and the young lady became defensive, rude, and argumentative. I was told I needed to calm down or I wasn’t going to be allowed to board. I simply asked for the wheelchair I was supposed have and they didn’t provide the service. Then they told me I have a choice to wait until a chair becomes available or walk myself. We decided to walk, stood in line for 15 min just to find a wheelchair at the door of the airplane. How disappointing. Won’t be flying with them again.

    If I could get zero stars, I went against my better judgment flying frontier knowing I don’t normally deal with these guys, but they have to be by far. The worst airline in the industry at least 30 people trying to get back to Houston missed their flight due to Terrible staff. Well, I don’t wanna call her terrible cause she’s by herself but being understaffed. now we’re rushing to get to the back. We got to the back 12 minutes before the flight takeoff. We were told we cannot get on that flight even though it was at least 30 of us. The flight was fairly empty. The manager was very rude. He did not want to help anyone out. They just told us there’s nothing they can do. Damn we had to pay almost $900 to get back home and all they can offer me is a flight credit. I don’t want to fly with you guys again so why just not refund me my money where I can replace some of the money that I had to pay to fly with the other guys, this business is the worst that I ever dealt with in my life

    14 hour delay to leave from Chicago to Denver. Poor communication and zero staff at the counter. I thought I was upgrading from Spirit but dang, this is horrible. Do better Frontier, or please sell your assets to an airline that can.

    The Most Irresponsible Airline Experience Frontier Airlines lost my luggage, and the experience since then has been unbelievably frustrating. At the carousel, an airline representative told me they were aware my bag wasn’t there and that I would receive an email soon with details. No one mentioned that I had only 4 hours to report a missing bag through their app. I had to drive three hours home, and by the time I logged in, the app said it could no longer process my claim. It’s now been two days, and their customer service has been completely useless — every person repeats the same line: “You didn’t report it within 4 hours, so we can’t do anything.” No one has even tried to track my bag. They gave me a phone number for the Raleigh–Durham Airport office, but it’s been ringing for two days straight with no answer. What makes this worse is that the luggage contains essential items for my infant, which I mentioned multiple times, yet no urgency or accountability has been shown. This level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable. Frontier Airlines is by far the most reckless and irresponsible service I’ve ever dealt with, and it’s shocking that such an airline is allowed to operate in the U.S. with this level of customer disregard.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Frontier Airlines. My flight was nearly 4 hours late, and there was no communication or updates from the staff. The service was horrible—crew were unhelpful, seating was uncomfortable, and overall attention to passengers’ needs was minimal. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I do not recommend anyone flying with Frontier

    Benjamin V. at O’Hare has excellent customer service skills!!! We missed our flight due to unforeseen circumstances right before Thanksgiving - he helped us find a new flight and get rebooked to make it in time! Benjamin was very kind and empathetic and sets a good example of what customer service should look like!!!

    Fraudsters!!! Booked flight for my friend trough Expedia and everything was fine, at the check in they charged me $75 because i need to pay for “NAME CHANGE” i don’t know who put “EXPEDIA INC “ as a passenger first name, and i have to pay to change passenger name…. UNBELIEVABLE!
