Flight was delayed overnight by 20 hours for an “undisclosed” reason. Frontier stated that they would not be covering me with meals or hotels, even though these are in their customer service policy. The employee I spoke with is John (Employee ID: IQ8221200). I will be filing a complaint with the BBB (better business bureau) if you’re reading this, and have similar issues, the BBB is a good place to file a form and get compensation.

Gate agents charged me $100 to bring on my ‘free’ personal item. They said that my personal item was too big and is considered a carry on, however, my bag fit in the bin, was stowed under the seat in front of me & fits the dimensions that they define a personal item is. I was one of at least 20 other customers who were forced to pay $100 to board the plane, their items also fit in the bin and were stowed under the seat. This is a very high price to unexpectedly pay and I followed all guidelines for bringing a personal item. I will not be flying Fronteir again!

I am only giving one star because I have too. The check in agent Avon should be documented and re trained at the frontier San Antonio location. She charged us extra at the gate and the manager disregarded her employees mistake and made made us wait longer to board the plane and still pay extra. I usually fly frontier if I don't have much luggage. But never again. They nickel and dime you every way. I would recommend NOT choosing frontier.

My executive VIP first extreme Class flight back from Vegas delayed 40 minutes after the mechanics jumped start the ship. "Do not turn it off till you get to San Antonio, maybe won't star again" I think I heard that before… I ❤️ my Frontier.

If I could give a 0 I would. Not only was the flight delayed, the gate agents were frustrated with the customers for not forming a line properly when they switched the gate on us last minute, but they lost my luggage. 24 hours later and still no update. I called - they have not located the baggage. No communication- given a phone number to call that does not work. I asked when I filed the claim of the luggage would be delivered to my house- was made to feel like that was an inconvenience and would take longer. I didn’t lose the bag. I trusted that my luggage would be loaded and delivered. Absolutely not worth flying. I don’t care how cheap it is I will never choose frontier again.
