I called and spoke to Marilyn to plan visiting my friend out of state. Marilyn collected all my information and details about my trip in regards to cost, needs, accommodations and transportation, as well as multiple forms of contact information. She said she would get back to me and I concluded my call. She has not done that. I recommend working with Marilyn if you are going NOWHERE. A+

The woman I spoke with was rude and condescending toward me. I have a LOT of travel experience. I did work with Fox in the past, for a trip to London and then Scotland. I travel a lot. I have had some serious health issues and thought that perhaps a sympathetic agent would help me, as I used to use travel agents to help plan out hotels with me in the past. I am going to another city to see if a doctor can help me with a serious injury. She was horrible. Just like everything else these days, if there is not a huge commission or a huge money maker, forget it no one will help you. I will be re-writing and refining this later. I called at about 1PM on Monday, July 21 at the Brookfield Square office. Rude. They updated their website. I moaned when I saw it. Seem to be catering now to a specific group. Empathy counts.

I highly recommend Fox World Travel to all my fellow Wisconsin travelers. Traveling should be FUN, and working with experienced travel agents takes away the stress of planning your next trip. A shout out to Martha Hardy, for helping us over the years book some great travel. Thanks!

The 2 times I have used this company, the agents have been polite, informative, willingness to assist, and friendly. They take. Of the details and keep you updated with changes and information. I would recommend them to all my friends and family for travel advice and guidance.
