They try to keep you moving, no forced dispatch, but if they don't have a lot of loads, take what they offer 😉

I ordered and item and it was transferred to Forward Air to complete its trip and deliver to me. I got a call (after I called where I purchased my item from and they tracked down where it was and who had it - I had no tracking info or who had it) from a guy at Forward Air asking to schedule the delivery. I found out where their terminal was said I’d come pick it up. I wanted my package! LOL I arrived and was greeted by Jewel! She was so sweet! It was great speaking with her! A quick photo ID and backup to a door and my item was brought out and put in my truck by forklift. Very easy! Thank You so much for the easy pickup!!!

Very unprofessional, and even worse, incompetent. I had a large shipment being delivered, almost 10 feet long and about a thousand pounds. When they scheduled the delivery, I was instructed that a fork lift would be required and they would not provide it. I called back afterwards to verify, as this was to my residence and I'd have to rent one. I even asked that this be verified with a supervisor. They insisted I have one for delivery. An extra $150 to have a fork lift delivered for the day. When the Forward Air truck driver arrived, he looked at the fork lift and said, "Is that suppose to be for me? I don't need that, and it wouldn't even work for a box this long." He then unloaded the crate with his own equipment. I called back to speak with the supervisor, who was rude and obviously didn't care at all about the extra cost I was out for nothing. Would never use them again.

I went through this place for shipping on a bumper and it was one of the most unprofessional, and lazy places I've dealt with. After multiple times of being hung up on and being put on hold, I was finally able to get a time set up for delivery just for them to "be delayed" for multiple hours, and when I calledaboutit they proceededto hang up on be again. I won't be using this company in the future.

This company is a JOKE. I tried calling twice to see if a driver was going to be picking up freight and the call center picked up because no one in the Des Moines location would pick up the phone and they could not look up the BOL with any of the information I received from the 3rd party freight broker.
