By appointment only. Stopped by Focus On Travel to plan the trip of my dreams and was told by some person sitting at a deck that the travel agent was in, but I could not speak to her without an appointment. The person at the desk did not offer to take my name or phone number or provide any information to me whatsoever. No phone number or business card was offered either. Not very professional was my impression. I'll be looking elsewhere for my travel plans.

Very happy with my experience on buying my tickets for mine & my sisters trip. Really friendly staff, nice comfortable office. And conveniently located across from Safeway parking lot.

Called early this morning to book a vacation. Was told someone would call back. Never got the callback. If I can't even get all callback its probably a sign of more unforseen bad service.

Excellent customer service. They've been around for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately Barbara is no longer there (and hasn't been in a very long time). She was my favorite agent. I now own a 50k plus employee company, if Barbara was still there or they could get her back, Focus On Travel would get my travel account indefinitely. (and about 90% of my employees have to travel for work). Maybe I'll get lucky and she'll come out of the woodwork...
