Very happy! Rica was very responsive, professional and courteous. She helped us all along the way to booking our flights, which were much cheaper than the regular ones quoted on the airline’s website. We had a little hick-up with the bank using Zelle, and Rica offered us several alternatives to make the payment. Overall: very happy, highly recommended. We will book all our future flights to Germany with her.
