Great experience for my kid and me. Open cockpit makes the flight unique. I was able to take pictures with my own camera. The 40-50 minute flight took us over Blue Origin, SpaceX, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and cruise ship port among other places.

Wonderdul experience! Friendly Pilot, John explained all steps and offered a wonderful narrative as we flew. I strongly recommend Florida Air Tours as a must do in FL!. Great way to view the Space Coast and step back in time when Biplanes were flown. We will be back!

Where to spend your money in Cocoa Beach.....go flying with John at Florida Air Tours on Merritt Island. I cannot imagine a better way to enjoy and remember a trip to Florida. The 1940s Waco biplane is a gem, and is like taking a ride in a '50s Cadillac convertible.....only in the air. Pilot John is exceptional, with his many Air Force hours in fast jets as well as many hours in unique civilian aircraft. John gives you great confidence in his skills, and he is clearly a master of the lovely Waco. The extra for John's smooth aerobatics is well worth the money. The view of the coast and Cocoa area was super, and the best way to see the whole coastline. Highly, highly recommended.

Wonderful people and a pilot that really knows what he's doing. My late father was an aerobatic Waco pilot and they were so accommodating to put my dad out to sea and gave him an aerobatic send off. I had spent many hours in a Waco over my lifetime and know a darn good pilot when I see one. It was perfect, highly recommend.
