Feltmans Travel & Associates - Dream Vacations planned a great vacation for us in Japan this year. Scott really cared about our interests and needs when planning. He asked lots of questions and was always available to answer ours. He took the hassle out of planning, so we could enjoy ourselves. We had a fantastic trip, with cool hotels and a great airline. Some of our excursions were even with private guides! I will use their service again and again.

Just returned from a fabulous AMA Waterways river cruise from Amsterdam to Basel that was put together by Feltman Travel. The personal care we received from Jamie and Scott made a big difference in the cruise, the land stay, the travel plans and most importantly the ease at which all the planning and communication we received. This is the first time using a travel agent...I usually do my own arrangements online. However, this trip was to Africa and I wanted to try using an agent to see if there were savings (other than time). Feltmans was easy to use and work with, offering suggestions to add to the trip. And while there weren't any savings of the cost of the tour operator, I did save big $$ on airline cost and was able to better utilize a credit that I would not have been able to. Piece of mind...Time savings...and $$ savings. What's not to like?

Not only did Jamie share in our excitement for our Alaskan cruise he provided timely information, answered our questions and made sure all arrangements were completed so that we completely enjoyed our cruise. We appreciated his heads up for values that allowed us to cruise at affordable prices.
