A BPO, not a company with satisfied employees. Too much pressure on employees, no leave and work extra hours without overtime pay. Unprofessional HR keeping candidates waiting for too long. No sense of time value of others. Need to improve dealing with employees for a better experience.

I went to the office. The interview went very well. The ops round dint had many questions but I was informed people going from placement services are not selected. Strange.

Pune office management is simply rediculos & disgusting. Not helpful at all & do partiality as well. Not helpful at all & will not suggest to anyone ever.. In Simple words 3rd class company..
