We just returned from our first Disney trip with our 2 and 4 year old. We used Fairytale Journeys travel and honestly we couldn’t have done it without Veronica Loftin!! During the initial planning, I became easily overwhelmed with all things Disney! Lightening lanes, resorts, restaurants, etc but Veronica came and eased all my worries and stress with wealth of knowledge. She helped us decide which rides to book first, where to eat, and even snagged us an appointment at bippity boppoty boutique!! (Which was completely booked up!) She was incredible to work with and I will forever be thankful to have had her plan out first trip! We will definitely book with her again for our next trip!

First time visiting Disney World (in a very long time) and with two small children! We had the absolute BEST experience thanks to the lovely and wonderful travel planner Amy Ryen! Amy truly went above and beyond in every aspect of planning this trip. My family and I literally had to do NOTHING in this planning process except make our selections and preferences on locations, parks, rides, dining, experiences (which was the fun part). I loved that Amy monitored promos Disney released and would apply them to our trip (if applicable). Fun fact: She saved us a ton of money!!! You don’t even have to stress about booking experiences, dining reservations, or Lightening Lanes because Amy has got your back on that too! It was truly a no stress planning trip. In the week leading up to the trip, she created very detailed park plans and ensured that we felt prepared to tackle each day with what we wanted to get done! Those park plans were so easy to follow and so easy to reference as rookies in the parks on where to go next and what LL to book next. During our first park day when I was having trouble booking a LL (user error LOL), I texted Amy and she was super responsive and helpful in resolving my issue right away. She was always open to any questions and always super responsive! It was truly a no stress planning experience and a no stress trip because of the attention to detail and effort that Amy put into planning our trip. It truly felt like she was planning a trip for her own family! Amy is TOP TIER and I 10/10 recommend her for your next Disney vacation! ❤️

First time Disney visitors and we had the best experience! As the person in my family who plans all of our trips, I have never been more eager to write a review. I’m usually so overwhelmed by the time I’ve book our vacations that I’m too stressed to actually enjoy the trip! That’s why working with Amber Parks from Fairytale Journeys Travel to plan our Disney vacation was truly one of the best decisions we made! From the very beginning, she took all the stress out of planning and turned it into pure excitement. She treated our trip as if it were her own, listening to what we wanted, answering all of our questions (even the small ones!), and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. Everything ran seemingly, from park reservations to dining recommendations and personalized tips. There was so much that we would have never discovered on our own and because of Amber, we were able to enjoy every moment instead of stressing over what to do next. We used Brandi AmRhein as our travel advisor and couldn't have been more happy. She was able to set everything up regarding park and hotel reservations. She will even book dinner reservations and other activities for you. She sends a tip sheet before you travel that has great tips and tricks arlbout the parks and Disney Springs. Brandi will be our Disney expert and future travel agent!

Lacy Edwards was our travel agent and she was amazing! It was a first time Disney trip for my husband and my kids, and I hadn’t been in about 30 years. So everything was new to us! She helped us pick dining locations that were perfect for us, scored all the restaurant reservations we picked. She was able to get the villa we wanted. She helped me learn and navigated lightning lane multi pass. She answered all of our questions and checked in with us during our vacation to make sure everything was going smoothly. The smoothest, easiest trip I’ve ever done! I will never do Disney without her!

Brittany Young helped us with travel to a resort in San Juan, Puerto Rico and booked some excursions. The location was perfect and the excursions were so much fun. This trip was a top trip for us. We even had to contact Brittany while on the trip and she was quick to respond and help us. The resort was fantastic and trip went off flawlessly! Highly recommend Brittany Young and her services!
