Allie was very courteous and helpful! She made the details of our trip options easy to understand and didn’t take up too much of our time. 10/10! Our trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeonforge was easy to book, conveniently located (only a few minutes from Dollywood) and very clean. We loved that we could walk down to the creek on property and feed the ducks also.

Allie was fantastic from beginning to end she answered all of my questions and concerns atleast 2 or three times each without getting frustrated with me! I would love to speak to Allie anytime I have questions about these vacations and how they work in my behalf, she's definitely a valued team player.

Went to Montego Bay in September/October and stayed at the RUI, awesome Adults Only Resort , food excellent, rooms amazing as well as the entertainment. Thank You Ivy for setting this up for me. Your customer service was superb.

I am very pleased with customer service I received from Ivy and Allie! Both ladies answered all my questions and also provided me with valuable information! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater and the resort and Waterpark was excellent added attraction! Would recommend visiting Clearwater Beach ⛱️!

I recently contacted ez travel for a last minute trip to Vegas. There was a hold time but I was offered a call back, rather than hold. To my pleasant surprise i received a call back the same day. I spoke with Ivy and she was great. She provided options to travel to Vegas. I was so glad they could accommodate the short notice. I reviewed the options and a few days later I called back and the line picked up rather quickly. I had the pleasure of speaking with ivy again. She booked my trip at a resort. I’m so excited and look forward to going to Vegas. I’ll update my trip details, because this is the first trip I’ve done with them. Thanks for making the booking process seamless. Update… the trip was great. We stayed at Tahiti Village in Vegas, in the bora bora room and it was absolutely beautiful. It has a steam shower to die for. The jacuzzi bath is great as well. We had more than enough room for 4. The resort is beautiful and reasonably priced for food. Dennys is right next door, less than a minute walk. The roof top look out gives a nice view of Vegas (must do if you go). The hot tub was not so hot(temperature wise) which was disappointing since it was colder than expected. Use the duece bus to go down the strip. Day pass is like 8$ and picks up on the back side of the hotel across the street. The resort offers a shuttle to Excalibur but it stopped running at 8:15. Lazy river looked nice but was closed for some reason during our entire stay.😢 Overall I recommend everyone stay and enjoy this property.. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will be back!!!!

Annabelle with Trip Rezzy was very helpful and took care of everything we needed to schedule our flight and cruise. She even helped when we had some hiccups about my husband not being able to go. The trip was seamless and enjoyable!

My trip to Smokey Mountain, TN was amazing! This place has soo much to do in one little town! Amusement, food, entertainment, etc! It is definitely a place that I would like to revisit. The fall is the best time to go because of the various colors of nature. Beautiful!! Thank you, Allie, for your help! You rock!
