It has been such a pleasure and a blessing to find a travel agent like Daniel and to be able to get such personable help. Bettina was able to supply us with all the information we needed to make a decision on the destination and type of cruise we wanted. She expertly guided us through our options regarding cruise lines, costs, and destinations. I've booked vacations before by myself, but without Bettina's expertise, I believe our trip may have been less enjoyable and possibly more expensive. There were just so many nuances and questions we had throughout the process that it was such a great thing to have someone to go to that responded quickly and thoroughly.
