My family's Celebrity cruise to Alaska was awesome and we especially enjoyed the priority services we had checking in at the terminal port. We whizzed past the long lines! Thank you, Phyllis, for your help. Celebrity cruise ship EDGE was top-drawer all the way, my only complaint was the steak knives needed sharpening, they were dull, but we managed...lol.

We did a family cruise reunion (30 of us) this past March. Donna was great in helping us organize, communicate with MSC, and gave us great advice. She definitely went out of her way to make sure your trip is a success. We used her services several times before and will continue to use her again in the future!

I wanted to surprise my family of 6 with a memorable vacation over spring break of 2025. I hadn’t even narrowed down our vacation options before reaching out to Matthew Buchberg at the Expedia agency, (Marlton, NJ). Matt listened to my vacation wishes for relaxation, great food and warm weather. After confirming my dates and budget, Matt suggested taking a cruise on the MSC Sea Scape to the eastern Caribbean in the ship’s Yacht Club (a luxurious first class section of the ship). During the planning phase, Matt and I spoke by phone MANY times to discuss my questions and concerns. I cannot express enough, how professional, knowledgeable and patient Matt was during our planning sessions. He answered all of my questions and calmed my fears as I was a first time cruiser, scheduling a once in a lifetime family experience. He even phoned me during the cruise to ensure that we were all enjoying our vacation, was satisfied with the ship and service, and with his arrangements. My family repeatedly told me that it was their best vacation ever! At the very end of the cruise, one of our members had a knee injury and was unable to walk. We called Matt and he immediately took over, arranging everything to return her home safely and quickly. This included rebooking her flight, remaining in contact with the ship to ensure her comfortable transport to the airport, plane and home. Matt is an outstanding Expedia travel agent, and I recommend him HIGHLY for assistance with your travel! I will definitely call him for our next vacation. Thank you Matt!
