We flew Eurowings Discover from Crete to Frankfurt for a connecting United Airlines flight to the USA. Everything about this flight was excellent. It was right on time. The staff could not have been nicer. Even though food item were offered for a price, we were given a free snack because the steward noticed we were just beginning a very long trip. He was very pleasant and wished us a smooth journey. The plane was clean and comfortable. I would fly Eurowings again without hesitation.

I recently flew with Discovery Airline from Calgary to Frankfurt, and honestly, it was an absolute disaster. The service was painfully slow, and the food? Let’s just say it was more like a piece of garbage—tiny portions that you’d expect for a child, cold, hard bread, and chicken that reeked. The cabin crew were all young and acted like kids, even making fun of their German pilot’s English accent while giggling. Compared to Turkish or Emirates, this flight was way below zero in terms of comfort and service. I wish I could give zero stars. I hope I never have to choose Lufthansa or its affiliates again!

Worst travel experience. If you want to arrive to your destination with missing baggage and no one to look for it then choose this airline. We took a flight from frankfurt to calgary 2 weeks ago and arrived with a missing baggage. Although we submitted 3 feedback forms on their website, still we didnt receive any update about our personal belongings. Their customer service work “offline”, its more like working in a cave with 0 internet and they care less about their passengers and their personal items! Never choosing it again!

Terrible customer service in SLC. They closed checkin early and lied that they didnt (we areived well over an hour before the flight) and we couldnt get anyone on phone or gate agents to show up for over an hour. We arrived within checkin time and they decided to leave early. We heard the flight was overbooked so convenient for them. Very rude agents who had no idea how to run their operations. Have never experienced anything like this.

What an absolute mess. Our tickets clearly stated that we could check a bag in at no cost. However the agent made it super difficult , stated we had one free then redacted their statement and asked us to pay for each bag claiming that the policy was they charged for a bag.incredible difficult and couldn’t even give us a receipt.
