Splitting it down the middle, here's why. Even though I booked 3rd party, Enterprise sent me 3 reservation confirmations amd let me know up yo the day that my vehicle was ready. I arrive to the facility which was 45 mins away from home. And without a warning or call, they tell us they dont have our vehicle, all a sudden all vans went under recall. So we left without explanation. I called our normal Enterprise back in our town and they said they had what we needed. Feeling frustrated we came back 25 minutes north to try again. We arrived and go figure, they didnt have the vehicle or it wasn't going to arrive on time, either way it wouldn't like unorganized excuses. Before walking out aggravated my time is being wasted when we needed to be on the road hours ago, they send us to their 3 local location so we had to drive 30 mins west to crawfordsville. Making the mental note that this will be the last I deal with this company, we arrive and a brand new vehicle was waiting. Upscale without the upcharge. We added the express way pass for 14$ and it didnt even work, had to pay out of pocket again. So hopefully they refund me. So my experience was stressful with good ending results and a couple mishaps. I will return for our next vehicle and only judge my interactions individually. Thank you crawfodsville branch for coming thru where the other 2 could not.

Worst place to rent a car. The first time, I reserved an SUV and they gave me a sedan for the same price. I let it go, thinking it was just a one-time issue. The second time, I reserved a minivan because I specifically needed 7 seats. When I arrived, the person at the front desk told me the best they could do was give me an SUV — even though I had a confirmed reservation in my email. What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t honor it? Very disappointing and unreliable.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE. They lied to me twice about car availability, left me a voicemail cancelling my reservation and asked for a callback and DID NOT ANSWER. I even called customer service and THEY attempted to contact the branch and they couldn’t even get ahold of them. When I came to pick up the car that I reserved, after getting a ride from the repair shop which was 40 minutes away, I was told there was no vehicles available, and was promised one would be available next day. Was called the next day at work, they left a voicemail and told no vehicles were available and that even if there were I was low priority. So now, I am left with no rental, I have no idea if they’re going to penalize me for no showing considering they won’t answer the phone and the customer service number seems to know nothing. Once again, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION Corporate: close this location they’re useless

I had an emergency with my truck, and had to put it in the shop late Monday afternoon. Christian was about to close the doors for the day, but stayed open so I could get back on the road. He was so amazing that it relieved alot of stress and made the rental so easy. Thank you enterprise

I must say that this Enterprise is the best rental experience i have had. The entire process was quick easy and Christian was awesome he has a great personality he made it so easy. I will definitely rent from here again.
