First time customer from Europe. Had a great experience with Enterprise at Pheonix Airport. Staff was helpful and nice. Booked a Nissan Rogue but was given the choice to change so I chose a Rav4. Car was good, economical l, just that it didn't come with floor mats front and back. Great road trip across USalA, 1600miles in total.

We give a 1 star and a 5 star rating. The car was very clean but the windows were so bad we had to buy paper towels and window cleaner. The 5 star. The car, 2025 Altima, was really nice. Only 1000 miles. Great mileage, very easy to drive. They adjusted bill for the windows. Staff 5 star!

The team at Enterprise made my stay in Phienix very comfortable and simple. It was so easy to get my vehicle. I skipped the desk (THANK YOU!) because I did early check-in…which was easy and they reminded me to do it. They greeted me (so professional and friendly and I am so not a VIP), shows me to a clean and not overly odor’d car and I was quickly out the exit and on my way. I had a similar experience with the return. Nice job Enterprise. Keep up the good work.

Will always rent from Enterprise, after the exceptional experience I had with my last rental at the Phoenix airport location. This is a great place to turn customers into enterprise loyalists, as mentioned in other reviews, since a rental car is often so important when traveling this area (and Las Vegas). I hadn't thought I would become loyal to one car rental agency, but Enterprise is it. Best possible experience. Wouldn't even try another agency when in the area.

First - economic choice for cars in excellent condition. Excellent. Second - excellent communications. Third - the on site face to face staff and customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and made Enterprise my new go-to car rental choice. Bravo and Brava to all. Now - the OFF site customer service ( farmed out overseas of course) is marginal at best. Terrible getting them to understand or resolve an issue that had to be escalated. Last - I made a truly minor change to original reservation (time of pick up and drop off only - same duration) and the cost changed by $1000. Fortunately, someone fixed almost fixed it completely - and site staff completed it.
