She gave us attainable options based on our budget and desires for our honeymoon and helped us select the best option. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions and concerns Additionally, we were able to book our excursions through Melissa which was quite helpful. She prepared us prior to our trip and guided us through all the necessary travel documents. We ended up going to the Dominican Republic and stayed at Secrets Cap Cana. Their all inclusive services and staff were absolutely amazing. Each day there were different events and entertainment options that were SPECTACULAR. Melissa is amazing to work with. We recently booked a six day cruise with her on Royal Caribbean. We went to Cozumel, Honduras, and Costa Maya. Everything was seamless.
