Such a positive vibe. The old office is under renovation...hence 6th floor chandramukhi is where I headed. Greeting by handsome Kinjal made my day. Was here to just brain storm if my economy ticket booked by agent could be upgraded. He very well explained the limitations..but I just love this airline for their pampering comfort. Anyways readers don't book through agent as airline is hand tied..protocol rules...but their outlook is great. Long live EMIRATES

This time we had great experience flying with Emirates. Since we were at an airport hotel, there was no check-in. The boarding was orderly as per zone. The aircraft looked newer version of Boeing 700-300 unlike last time. The cabin crew was very courteous and helpful. The veg breakfast served was very good. The flight departed and landed on schedule. Worth flying...

Open until 5:30 pm. Beautiful location and neighborhood. Excellent Service at this location. Not happy with Emirates 1-800 and Twitter Customer Service to begin with.

First experience with Emirates on our return leg, and they tried to scam us into paying for extra weight allowance. We were well within our allowance. It was just scattered across multiple baggage items. The woman (airport staff) initially asked where we flew from, then proceeded to tell us our luggage was overweight and that we could give our stuff to someone we know outside Mumbai airport (???? we flew into Mumbai to transit). In the end, she made us redistribute the weight to essentially reduce our carry-on items. We had trolley bags and small backpacks, and our checked in luggage was underweight. I tried to tell her my backpack could fit in my trolley bag, but that I would take it out anyway on the flight, so making us do this is achieving nothing. We did it anyway, and then, after checking in, removed our backpacks from the trolley bags. No one whilst boarding said anything about this. Our backpacks have gone under our seat anyway as it has our Type 1 diabetic medication and asthma inhalers. I have to add that I noticed them doing this to foreigners and OCI holders. The woman before us was made to pay, but she didn't know any better as her English was limited.

I couldn't check in for my flight because I was rebooted on a flight that left 10 hours after I arrived. I had to pay 233.00 to check a small duffle bag because I was only allowed one carry-on. I reached my destination, and my luggage was lost for three days because it was not transferred onto my connecting flight even after I was told it was. Lastly, I did not receive the proper information to search for my bags until I was on my return flight home. The customer service reps were rude and not helpful at all.
