Horrible! Never will i book again with them. I paid 2 tickets way before the travel time to get over with..4 days before our flight to SFO, flight was cancelled.They never even had The nerve to notify us ,lame reason is they did not have our phone number nor address. BS if you are an agency those are the ist things you get from a client.I ended up paying more from another reliable agency beacause it was only 3 days before my travel day If i did not call Edwards travel 3 days before my flight, we might have been at the airport waiting for a non existent flight. COLD STUFF! HOPE NOBODY GETS 5HE SAME EXPERIENCE AS OURS!

I wouldn't do business with people like this people don't follow simple rules. These people parked in the loading zone and the building where they're located every day. How-do-you-do business with people who don't follow rules?
