I had an absolutely amazing experience booking my trip to Punta Cana through this travel agency! From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled with such professionalism and attention to detail, making the entire planning effortless. Once in Punta Cana, I had the best time — the resort, excursions, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated how seamless everything was, from flights to transfers, leaving me free to simply relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable vacation. I can’t wait to plan my next trip with them!

What a great experience! Booked a 4hr boat tour to the Kleftiko caves in Milos, Greece. We had one hour to swim around the caves, and then we stopped somewhere else to swim for another 30 minutes. The crew provided free cold water in the first level, a complimentary shot glass of uzo I believe, and some snacks. They also provided foam noodles and goggles for a better swimming experience. I’ve booked similar experiences with other popular travel sites and found this tour to be a much better offering. Definitely worth checking what else is available with Dviaje!

Booked a vacation with Dviaje to Punta Cana. My girl who is currently in Cuba was able to travel to Punta Cana, DR without an issue. I didn’t even know it was possible till I spoke with the agency. They made the process so simple. They did all the paperwork work, all the set ups of transportation, flights and hotel. All for a Great prices. Every time we had questions they answered it same day and were on top of it. It was nerve wracking experience at first but Dviaje made into a pleasant and unforgettable experience. If you have a family member in Cuba and would like to see them travel with you to Punta, they are the agency for you. I would highly recommend them because everything was professional and high class. Thank you

My first time traveling through an agency was with DViaje for a 10-day trip to Türkiye, and while there are always pros and cons to traveling with a tour instead of solo, there were a few things I think Dviaje could have done better: 1. They weren’t very clear on how the optional tours worked. The prices that we were given turned out to not be the case once we got there. I completely understand that certain things do not have a fixed price and change by the day, such as the hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia, but it would’ve been nice to get a heads up. Also, everywhere else in Europe they are very flexible and accept credit cards. In Türkiye that is not exactly the case - they don’t even want you paying in Turkish currency and prefer dollars and euros. I wish the agency had communicated this so that we could’ve been more prepared and brought more cash. 2. One of the things that drew us to this tour was that the domestic travel would be done by flights and the time we would spend on a bus would be minimal. It wasn’t until the day came that we were told we would have an 11+ hour commute by bus, which as you can imagine caught most people by surprise. While I understand why this was done - there are no direct flights from the Cappadocia region to Izmir - the worst part is that we were supposed to have unlimited WiFi on the bus and that wasn’t the case (actually, for most of the trip the WiFi on the bus did not work and whenever I asked the tour guide about this she pretty much dismissed it). Not the end of the world - we survived, but it would’ve been nice to know. 3. The flights - by the time we got our flight information there wasn’t much time to upgrade or select our seats. This made the 12-hour flight to Istanbul pretty rough. We quickly learned that flying economy on Turkish Airlines is not ideal and were able to upgrade our seats for the return flight. 4. Lastly - and this isn’t a direct reflection of Dviaje, but the Turkish agency they chose to team up with would really benefit from not trying to exploit tourists. I understand their business is to encourage tourists spend money, but they do so by taking you to the most “exclusive” stores and vendors trying to sell you things that are clearly not worth what they’re asking for. Obviously, no one is forced to purchase anything, but if I’m in Türkiye for a limited time I would prefer to spend it at a store or restaurant with better reviews and reasonable prices. All in all, our trip to Türkiye was a great experience and I learned a lot that I wouldn’t have otherwise. That being said, I’m not sure if I would want to travel with an agency again. The tour schedules consist of long days doing things and going to places I wouldn’t have been interested had I traveled on my own. However, if I ever do need to book travel thru an agency in the future, I would certainly ask for more clarification on the itinerary.
