Fillow the signs to the shuttle - easy walk to the counter and then they bring the car to the front door. Easy.

Terrible cell phone waiting lot, absolutely no management of people just sitting in the arrival pickup lanes, bottle-filling stations and water fountains are almost non-existent within the terminal. This airport is outdated and needs to be modernized.

Arrived from Atlanta to Detroit for a connection to Chicago. We had time to visit the Delta Sky Club. The departing flight was in the other terminal, so we had to walk through the tunnel, which goes under the jetway between the two terminals. It was a pleasant walk with colorful lights along the outside walls. Good air circulation. There were ample elevators and escalators to speed up the arrival to the gate. We did not leave the airport to venture into the city. Maybe next time.

Who built these new bathrooms? Toilets don't flush well. Need to flush four times. Walking into stalls that didn't flush it all. Disgusting..,Dryers already broke. Tissue seat cover container already broken hanging down. What a waste of money.

Mall of America Airport style. This airport has every popular restaurant you can think of in an airport. Service is always great and very clean. Restrooms are always clean. Very comfortable atmosphere .

Nice large airport. Amazing, fast train service across terminal A. State of the arts fountain with amazing cycles. The tunnel for the outbound connection was lit with engaging lights to keep you alert and help you appreciate the surroundings. The staff seem knowledgeable and helpful. There was a gentleman playing jazz on the piano who appeared to have been commissioned by the airport to do so, for the enjoyment of the travellers. Clean facilities and spacious resting areas. Overall very nice experience.
