Wow! I’m so impressed! One of the best airport experiences ever! Easy peasy checkin! Free Coffee! Comfortable seating! Easy for my shuttle to drive to! Just wow! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Pilots were the best and nice! Checked on me after the flight asking how I enjoyed it! And checked on me again when I landed to make sure I had a ride! Landed right on time! I slept the whole time it was such a smooth ride! Literally didn’t wake till we landed! It was the smallest plane I’ve been on but still really spacious comfortable seating! I really loved the experience!

Awesome. No security waiting...no taking off shoes and belts. Just give them the id and bags and go. This is likely where private jets come in. If this is an option for you, do it. Small plane. Big savings.

Okay so this is in response to the whole new . System in regards to the Carry on bag .Okay I bought my Ticket in December. I be @ smurfin . If I'm gonna pay extra . For something I've paid for. I will say this Southwest may lose money. If you change your honer and Value System Your Rewards program I was seriously thinking about getting a card . But why change your policy. We have to go through the proper security process anyways. Why charge people for a Diaper bag . Or a Computer Case . Or A A woman personal feminine bag . Or a Senior Medical Bag If we are following the proper guidelines. It's not costing more in fuel. Or Do you think we are taking up more time. Please reconsider. You should Keep you Value System you have . That's why it's been successful. Don't change . I think a lot of people will agree with me.

This is a fast and easy airport. Boutique airlines is friendly and the chairs are comfortable. You'll like it here.

Clean facility, along with great line guys who take care of you when you come in and great front desk personnel who makes sure everything is complete how we want it. They're the only FBO on site and they are still professional and want your business.
