This company is handling my husband’s passport renewal and misty Duran has to be the most incompetent person in the world. My husband sent his information 2 weeks ago and has called severally but has not been able to get misty to call him back. She was supposed to let my husband know when she submitted his passport for renewal she never did. My husband has had to call several times and the receptionist keeps saying misty will call him back and guess what? She never calls. My husband finally kept calling today they tell him misty will call back but no incompetent misty sends an email saying the state department haven’t given her update on his passport! Misty, what happened to you keeping my husband informed when you submitted his passport information. I am putting this out there. We are 15 days out from flying on a trip we spent over $20k for. If Misty’s incompetence causes us to miss this trip because i work in a job that i can’t easily change my leave we will be taking legal action against this company! This is unacceptable. My husband has called and called and misty has yet to call back she keeps avoiding him and sending vague emails back! We must have my husband’s passport in hand by 14 July or we will be suing this company.

I have called and emailed multiple times and this company won't get back to me. Everything was submitted for a Visa over 3 weeks ago and this was is quoted to only take 5 business days. Nobody can tell me where my passport is or what the status of this visa is! So frustrating. Not sure what i am paying for at this point. Nothing has been expedited.

What a joke! Paid for a 2 to 4 expedited and we’re going on 14 days. Our account manager basically doesn’t communicate. No wonder to 3.9. Absolutely ridiculous! They’re LabelMaker is always down how convenient.

I am furious with this company. I dropped off my expired passport, a completed renewal form and a new picture EIGHT weeks ago—waited 90’ (2:30 for a 1:00 appointment!). I’ve left phone messages and emailed multiple times with no response. When I call their phone service, they have no record of me. I’ll now need to reapply through a legitimate government office and cancel travel plans I’d hoped to make for this summer. Do NOT use this agency! They are NOT reputable!
