We got foreign currency here because they said their exchange rate is better than getting in the country we are going to. Not true at all. Their exchange rate was terrible and we would have saved $120 if we just got it in the country we traveled too. Don't recommend going to these scam artists.

That country shut down all flights in and out of Ecuador due to the COVID-19 pandemic. My friends had bought their plane tickets online from a discount travel service. He did get a flight at a reasonable price for my friends. They ended up finally taking a different flight and Jose then followed up to ensure they got a refund. He did all of this and made no commission from any of it. He was there to help locals stranded abroad. No being put on hold for hours or told to call back. Jose just went right to work. Jose and Deluxe Travel are true professionals. They will get you the best price, best flight, cruise, tour and accommodations . Most importantly, you have “travel pros” in your corner when you need them. This taught me a valuable lesson. When booking a cruise through deluxe travel in Aswan on a 4 day 3 night Nile cruise I was very disappointed by the boat I got onto. In the advertisement it shows a beautiful boat but what I got was an out dated boat that look nothing like the boat I saw in the ad. When emailing deluxe travel about it, their response was “it does not say what boat you will be on, but it does state a 5 star boat” which it was not. I did go on explaining to deluxe travel about its very misleading and it does not say anywhere on the advertisement that the boat shown might not be the boat you board. No response back.
