Trash, it was like talking to an inanimate object. They obviously train their people to try and flip the script on you as if you’re the problem for asking questions about the constant delays, missed connections, luggage concerns and getting reimbursed for hotels that you are not able to stay in because their airline cannot keep a schedule.

This is my first and last time flying with Delta. This specific flight line was the worst when it came to fixing issues that they are accountable for, resulting in almost a 20-hour delayed flight. Insane work from this airline, would NOT fly again.

If I could give this zero stars I would!!!! This is one of the worst help desk I have ever been to. The people were so rude and no one listened. Myself and another gentleman missed our flight due to the screen displaying the wrong gate. They said they had no proof of the screen error and told us to send an email to the Delta Care Team. Therefore, we were both stuck in the airport all night because they would not cover a hotel either. All four employees working the desk started practically yelling at us. I’ve never felt so bullied by a group of adults.

Help desk in concourse E was bad. I was helped by Asanga, who was pretty rude. He did help, although he rescheduled me on a flight with an unnecessarily short connection which ended up not working cause of a delay in the first flight. Help desk in concourse T was even worse, there were 4 staff and none of them where busy when I arrived clearly in a crisis. They told me to use the phone and call. After a 10min wait on hold, I asked them there's 4 of you, nobody can help? And they just said no, you have to wait on the phone. Then when I got rescheduled over the phone I asked them for help checking in to my new flight and they just said no. Terrible treatment

RUDE & IGNORANT! Alex was the guy I dealt with and he is terrible. They messed up and he is so condescending and on a power trip that he made me lose my flight. He wouldn't even tell me his last name because he knew he messed up. After asking him 3 times he reluctantly called a supervisor over. Finally Celestine came over and helped us, the best she could. Still missed the flight and about 5 hours of our lives thanks to Alex not even attempting to do what I was asking him which was call the gate and ask to let us on. He would have found out the flight was delayed another 40 minutes on the tarmac. Never going to Atlanta's airport again!!
