We flew Delta from San Antonio, TX, to Anchorage, AK, and found the airlines to be organized, comfortable, and super friendly staff, including and especially the first one to greet us checking our bag curbside. His humor and warm greeting started off our day! Thank you Delta.

Was supposed to have a flight at 5:55am but it got delayed over 6hrs. Was told by the pilot that him and the mechanics ran out of solutions to fix it and to just wait. Was only offered $12 food vouchers. When asked if we could catch a different flight they said yes but we would have to spend the night in the airport. First and last time flying delta

We just had a terrible experience at the counter. When we arrived there were two quills, one for baggage drop off and the other one for SkyPriority. There was a person from delta at the front assisting people, and, since we had a problem checking in our bags, she told us to go to skypriority line, which didn't really seamed to make a difference, because there was only one person in each line in front of us. They took a long time for them to check in the person in front of us, and in the mean time, the other line grew bigger. When it came to our turn, a lady called Yukee asked up front "are you sky priority?"! We said no, and try to explain what happened and that we had been directed to that line by a crew member, and she just kept saying we needed to go to the end of the other line because that line was exclusive to first class members, while raising her voice. The whole experience was really embarrassing. It's very upsetting to been directed wrongly and not to be heard. Terrible way to start a journey.

If you're flying out of Anchorage, don't choose Delta. They don't have enough flights and when there are delays, their customer service stinks. I spent 4 hours speaking to 4 different people (minus the robot at the beginning). All of them were nice, but they promised to help me with our delayed flights but couldn't. We got to the airport, still not knowing how or when we were going to get home. We'll be spending the night on the plane and getting home tomorrow. We Were supposed to get home tonight. Now we can't sit together as a family on the plane and will have no sleep tonight. The lady at the front desk could also learn to have some compassion. This was a horrible experience. Delta needs to do better.
