I love Delta. One of my favorite airlines EVER. The customer service has always been exceptional. They are my #1 airline to book when im traveling abroad. They have many airlines they connect with including KLM and AirFrance which I frequent. Seats are comfortable even if you book economy. The portland airport location has always been super great. Friendly and attentive. This last trip I visited India and the customer service guy wished me a safe flight and a great trip.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I paid for my flight, followed all procedures, and yet was unable to take the trip through no fault of my own. Not only was I denied service that I paid for, but I also lost time, money, and had to deal with significant inconvenience and stress. Customer service provided little to no assistance and made the process of getting help unnecessarily difficult. I expect a company to stand by its customers — especially when the issue is clearly out of the traveler’s control. I’m requesting full reimbursement for the missed flight and appropriate compensation for the disruption this caused. I hope this company does the right thing and improves its accountability and support for future customers. Thursday September 5, 2025 flights 506 and flight 2384 Deltas customer service used to be exceptional however they have turned into just another major corporation that does not take care of their customers. They are pretty much the same as the cheap airlines.

Ppl were nice WiFi was free with free movies will fly again with them.

Delta did their job well. Many people went beyond helpful, especially thr wheelchair pushers. Please make sure to TIP them well. Our last flight had mechanical issues leaving Portland. However, they fixed the issues, and the pilots made up the time by going 710 mph to St. Louis for an on time arrival! As always, if you enjoyed this review, please "Like" the review. Thank you.
