    Just before I attempt to book again, I need Delta to know that the last trip was very disappointing and I am owed money! We paid for upgrades, was told that we are in Comfort seats, ticket read the same. But the seat was main. No leg room, and a flight attendant tried to charge me for a drink. I had to show my ticket. Add insult to injury in the 4 hour flight back, we made it to comfort but they serve first class and not comfort. We were in the row right behind. Nothing was positive about the service

    I’ve taken over 150 flights around the world, many of them with Delta, but this was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I arrived 45 minutes before my flight and was told there was an issue with my name on the booking. After 10 minutes of the staff being on the phone resolving the issue, I was told I could no longer check my bag. Despite already being checked in and on time, Delta agents refused to allow my bag on the plane. I pleaded for a solution. Whether rushing the bag through or rebooking me, but was met with a cold “your loss” attitude. No effort was made to help, no alternatives were offered, and I was left stranded. Only after the flight had departed did I learn that there was a baggage storage option in Terminal 1, where my friend could have picked up my bag so I could have boarded. That was never mentioned. The lack of empathy, flexibility, and basic customer service was shocking. The staff seemed more interested in dismissing me than helping me find a way forward. I walked away feeling that Delta does not care about its customers at all. With all of the troubling news about Delta lately, including safety concerns, this experience shows me it is simply not worth the time, money, or trust to fly with this airline.

    The women in the Delta Baggage claims office were so lovely. I popped in asking about a closed claim issue, (0 stars for the website and robot/AI chatbot ). I felt heard, and they found a solution for me. Appreciate all the ladies, and it believe Suzy was the name of the woman I assume was a manager type. Thank you ladies!

    Five-Star Review for Chrissie at Delta Airlines I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding Delta Airlines employee — Chrissie, who works at the ticketing and baggage check-in area. From the moment we approached her station, Chrissie demonstrated what true customer service should look like. She went above and beyond to make sure our travel arrangements were correct, double-checking every detail with care and professionalism. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s incredibly rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customers they serve, but Chrissie is that rare gem. My wife and I are extremely grateful for her support, patience, and dedication in helping us get home smoothly. She is a shining example of excellence, and Delta Airlines is lucky to have such a compassionate and thorough representative on their team. Thank you again, Chrissie — you made a real difference for us!

    The majority of staff were pretty rude, but Micheal stands out. He was super happy to do his job smiling and joking and making peoples days. If anyone wants to learn how to deal with people they should go learn from Micheal.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had with Delta and I have been flying with them for a while. Could be just the FLL culture but it was horrible to say the least. Getting to check in, long waits and guarded entry to the service desk was something I have never experienced. People were unfriendly and I am not used to this type of service from Delta. I pray the flight is good because getting checked in wasn't. In addition, I watched the delta attendant just let a customer fall and didn't even flinch to assist them up. Non-delta people rushed over to assist. Oh and let me not even start on how the handicap services outside of the check in are rude. I watched older people get ignored several times over and over again. Lord knows I will not be using this airport and possibly not even Delta again and I'm a member skylines..... 🙁 Signed UNHAPPY Customer.
