I was having issues with the Hyatt hotel inside of MCO, inevitably missing my flight. I also had concierge service with clear. I'm used to mishaps when traveling (I think it should be expected that not everything goes to plan, and that's ok) and this was suppose to be primarily a wellness and healing trip to Thailand. I must give my appreciation to the staff on duty. From the initial ticket purchase and the reticketing, I had a good experience. Sherri was one of the most knowledgeable and kindest interaction. She worked to help me alongside Iron range center's Sheryl. They reviewed the flight options and really went above and beyond in helping me get a new round trip ticket. I'm grateful.

The initial purchase was made through Delta, but later we were informed that the flight was operated by LATAM. We tried to pay for the baggage online, but neither Delta’s nor LATAM’s websites were working. We made calls for over two hours trying to get help, but both airlines kept saying it was the other’s responsibility. The customer service experience was terrible. When I arrived at the airport, I went to the Delta counter to ask for help, but they simply told me they couldn’t assist and that I needed to go to LATAM. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, but neither of them—Yolanda nor Hector—was able to provide any solution. I don’t understand why Delta sells flights that they cannot properly manage or support. On top of that, I was forced to pay the baggage fees at the airport because their website never worked. It feels like they do this intentionally so passengers end up paying higher fees and dealing with unfair policies.

I was stuck in Orlando airport due to oxygen requirements. Could not board. Tracy from the office came and explained everything to me and was very helpful. Explained that i needed an extra battery for portable oxygen, She helped me to try and find a place that rented extra batteries. Could not find anyone to ger an extra battery. Called the company that made my oxygen machine. It would take up to 48 hours to have battery shipped. She managed to get me a different flight and closer to Tampa where my family lived. She checked on me several times before her shift ended. Made sure i had something to eat and drink and bathroom needs was taken care of. She went beyond her job and I'm thankful After a 3 day delay I finally made it home.

Delayed flights for 6 hours, finally got us on our plane just to have the crew take an hour to figure out they overbooked someone from standby. Sat there on the plane for another hour for them to tell us the crew couldn't do the flight because of their time (screw everyone else's time) and to get off the plane. Go to help desk and the girl says sorry she's going on break can't/won't help because of her break (theme here). Asked her to call a supervisor and she just ran off saying she would call someone. Supervisor never showed up, probably on one of their breaks that's more important than passengers time. Now sitting at the airport for at least 3 more hours until they might be able to get us on a flight. Most unprofessional joke I've ever experienced. I will never fly Delta again. But hey after sitting on hold for another hour Delta gave us a $12 meal ticket. UPDATE: Delta sold our seats after getting everyone off the flight. That supervisor I asked for but was DENIED might have been able to help avoid that but we'll never know. Unfortunately, had to get to a point where I was forced to show my ass to finally get a supervisor that removed whoever they gave our seats to. Now those 3 people are out a flight. Been here since noon and be lucky if we get home by 1 AM.

Once I was on the plane first class comfort and travel were top-notch. I understand that layovers are expected these days but when I flew 2 weeks ago, the unexpected layover was not even mentioned until after the time I should have been boarding. Looks like Delta sort of dropped the ball on that.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience flying with Delta. Without any explanation or prior request, we were bumped from our original flight and rebooked on another from Seattle to Orlando and to make matters worse, we were seated apart from each other—even though we booked our tickets together and our luggage went on another flight with layover in Salt Lake City . No one at the gate or customer service offered an explanation or apology and worse than anything else they wanted us to wait for the Salt Lake City flight to arrive in order to retrieve our luggage , with a lot of argument they sent us to another floor in the airport to look for a supervisor in order to resolve this issue and finally He agreed to send us the luggage the next day when they arrive. This lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable, especially when traveling as a couple. We expected better .
