I recently flew with Delta Airlines and opted for their priority service—and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived at the airport, the staff were incredibly attentive, making the check-in and boarding process smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was the level of care and professionalism throughout the flight. The crew anticipated needs before I even asked, and their warm demeanor made the experience feel personalized and premium. And the food? Absolutely impressive. Airline meals often get a bad rap, but Delta turned that stereotype on its head. The dishes were flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented—far beyond what I expected at 30,000 feet. Flight FL2024 from Boston to Kansas city departing at 3:15.

We had a great experience with Delta. It was my grandson's first time flying, he got to meet the pilots, sit in the pit and take pics, got his flight wings and certificate. The take off and landings were awesome. Thank you Delta !!

Delta is extremely overpriced, rude to disabled people, and never show up the required 2-3 hours before flight!!! Flying international

Y'all know when I leave a NEGATIVE review that it's rare but earned. I don't know what it is about Delta at MCI but they're the Frontier Airlines of Southwest Airlines. Coming and going they took rude and uncaring to a new low. From ATL to MCI the flight crew couldn't be bothered with anything. From MCI to ATL that crew accepted the challenge of being worse. From checking in on it was worse than Spirit Airlines. I'm disabled and had requested a wheelchair. Because I was going through TSA Pre/Clear the agent TOLD ME TO WALK. At TSA Pre they couldn't get a wheelchair for me from there. It took forever for me to walk due my disability. The gate agent was kind but she was the only glimmer of kindness. I was so out of breath and in pain that I asked for water from a flight attendant. I was told I would get it ln the plane. Never happened but I was yelled at for asking for it. They served most of the plane then decided we were too close to ATL to finish. I walked back to the back and asked again. I just needed a drink to take some Tylenol for my pain brought on for the treatment I received at MCI. I've flown all over the world through all except Antarctica and MCI never fails to disappoint. Whether it was the old or new airport, Kansas City's airport, MCI creates a massive vacuum causing a form of a black hole in the area. I make it a point to fly Delta but that may change. Shame on Delta Airlines for DENYING a disabled person the help that I had arranged well in advance and had confirmed multiple times. I'm very disappointed in Delta.

Well, I love flying with the delta and being a loyal member. I would advise everybody to sign up become a loyal member. The perks are good, and it gets better benefits to accumulate miles. But i've liked out the lot.Because the courtesy of the crew and the planes are usually pretty good
