I arrived at Denver international at 2:45 a.m. Delta advertise that baggage check-in would be open 4 hours before the first flight. My flight boards at 5:15 a.m. no one showed up and checked in until 4:00 am. I was in line with my bag already tagged from self-bagging and I paid the $35 fee. My bag was 4 lb overweight and I waited over an hour for them to show up and do their job. They charged me an extra $100 for my bag to go on the plane. She did not credit me the $35 that I had already paid she just added $100 fee. Learn from my mistake. Fly another airline they were all open at 2:45 a.m.. by the way when they opened at 4:00 a.m. there was already 70 people in line so imagine if I had to wait, I would have missed my flight. This airline is steadily becoming a joke.

With only two hours left before the flight departs, there’s no one at the counter, not even a sign indicating when it opens. There are people with babies and elderly passengers — such a lack of respect.

The last 2 times my wife and I have waited at check baggage do to the Delta people “having a meeting in the back”! All other company counters were open and taking care of costumers! I DO NOT understand not having anyone taking care of costumers and rotating people to have the morning meeting! This morning we waited for 45 mins before anyone came out from the back to service clientele. We ALWAYS flew Delta but now I am rethinking that! Luckily we arrived at the airport 2 hrs ahead of boarding time, like we always do, but it’s the principle I’m complaining about here! RIDICULOUS!

I had an excellent experience flying with Delta Airlines on flight LA6450 on 06/09/2025, from Denver to Atlanta. I especially want to highlight KRYSTIE, who helped us during check-in. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. My brother doesn’t speak English, and Kristie took the time to guide us through everything, explaining each step clearly and making sure we understood the whole process without any issues. Thanks to her support, we started our trip feeling calm and confident. She is a great example of Delta’s outstanding customer service. Thank you, KRYSTIE, and thank you, Delta, for having such caring and efficient staff!

I’m from Saudi Arabia and I graduated from CSU when I came back to Saudi from Denver, one Jewish lady working with Delta Airlines tried not to help my family because we are Arab. She was very discriminatory toward us. Delta Airlines should monitor their employees better

If you think frontier and spirit are bad look at delta’s safety record over the last three years. They hire unqualified simulator pilots and refuse to staff the gate more than 30 minutes before departure. The staff wearing a red jacket will come up with excuses to your question while the manager in the gold jacket just has to show up for work and do nothing. He walked away when asked I asked where the gate agent was. Not a customer oriented airlines. Their own policy is to open the gate 1 hour and 5 minutes before the flight. That doesn’t happen. When I called customer service they were just as useless and said their old computer system can only be accessed at the gate. They also changed the departure time at the gate and didn’t notify any passengers electronically of the change. Seems like delta is still using a computer system from the 90’s.

The two gals working at curbside check-in this morning, 11/22-25 were absolutely top notch, they got me checked in super fast so I avoided the long line inside. They were pleasant, upbeat and friendly at 5:00 am. Thanks again!
