I am so impressed!! The passport agency made the entire process smooth and stress free. They have the process down to the tee. As long as you have all your documents prepared, it couldn’t be easier. The staff were efficient, professional and a breath of fresh air during a hectic time. I’m so impressed with how quickly everything was handled. I was in and out within 20 min and was back a few hours later to pick up my passport. Highly recommend this agency if you're in a time crunch!!

Had an appointment at 8:30, but since we were there early and things were slow, we got seen earlier. We had all the documents and items necessary (check their website for details). We needed a same day passport since we were traveling internationally. Data entry/printing process started at 8am, got a notification that the passport was as ready for pickup at 10:30am! Very efficient for a government agency during the 2025 government shutdown. Staff were great too! Would recommend anyone to come here if you’re in a pinch for passport services.

I had a great experience with this agency…. My first passport was a no show when it said that it was delivered… due to mailing address used because I was having issues with my original address and I emailed and spoke with them and filled out the correct forms and was issued a new one in under a week…. I’m impressed and this was when the government was in shut down time…. Thank you guys… you guys rock

I wish I could give this place more stars! Such a well ran professional office! I started the morning frustrated and hopeless that I would ever get my passport. I was born and raised in Dallas County but my application was sent to New Hampshire which has been a nightmare. When I tried for two weeks to get help from the 1-877 number you have to call for assistance they kept giving me the run around and asking for a credit card number. Out of desperation I tried this location and didn't expect much to be honest. Said a prayer that the Lord would lead me to the right people to help me and He did! Shout out to Mr. Melvin and Mrs. Helga. They were so kind, helpful, and efficient! The whole office just seemed to run so smoothly. They turned my not so good Monday morning into a great day! So grateful! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!

The completed opposite of what I was expecting from a government building. I had a real tough problem with my passport and travel and can say from the second I stepped in this building and went through security, got approval as a walk-in (due to my situation) to the assistance filling out the forms, the smile and help at the window i was called to, and in my return to pick up what they were able to do for me is unmatched, and unbelievable in any place I've can think of. They even wished me well on the way out as they all seemed genuine in wanting to know what and if I got this resolved. Thank you so very much. Who ever hired this staff is amazing and you all deserve credit!!
