From start to finish, Marcia made everything seamless, stress-free, and absolutely amazing. She crafted the perfect itinerary tailored to exactly what we wanted like the Road to Hana with its waterfalls and scenic stops, to snorkeling with sea turtles. Every day was full of experiences we’ll remember forever. One of the highlights was the traditional luau she booked for us. Great food, beautiful performances, and an amazing cultural experience. Speaking of food, the lunch at Mama’s Fish House hands down has the freshest seafood. We also ended one magical evening with stargazing under the clearest skies we've ever seen . Something we never would’ve thought to include, but Marcia made sure it was on the list. My wife and I had never been on a cruise and are generally not cruise people. But we love to dance and found out about a cruise with a company called Cunard. They offer cruising with the Queen Mary 2, which has a full dance floor. We initially tried to do the booking ourselves but soon realized it would be better to work with a travel agent. Enter Vickie Zinanni. She is the cruise specialist with Crystal Lake Travel. She took care of us in a very special way, handling most of the details. She is a great listener and a true professional. Our first time in Italy was everything we could have hoped for, thanks to Marcia Curtis at Crystal Lake Travel. Marcia worked with Avanti Destinations to help plan our entire itinerary. The hotels where we stayed and their staffs were excellent. Our individual Avanti tour guides and drivers were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The timing of our flights to and from Italy, along with the in-country train trips, was perfect. Mid September meant even the weather was great.
