Gosh this will be hard to explain, but I truly love how they helped me explore different areas with my fiancé. I am so grateful for them treating me like family and making sure it fits my budget as well. So glad I made a great choice to work with my previous travels and future ones to come. Our family (14 of us, ranging in age from 7 to 54) wanted to spend a week at the Atlantis Bahamas resort. Toby was our travel agent, and she arranged absolutely everything— flights, accommodations at The Royal at the resort, dinner reservations at Seafire Steakhouse and Carmine’s (excellent food at both), golfing reservations, shuttle service from the airport to the resort (and from the resort back to the airport at the conclusion of our trip) and she was even able to make some tweaks to the flight arrangements and the number of hotel rooms (all ocean view and gorgeous) we requested. I uses this company 3 years ago for a Hawaii trip and they were helpful my l but my agent needs would return my calls (5x it happened) and always seemed to busy to assist me even after waiting days and days for a response back I felt I was pretty patient. So this year I decided to give it another try but asked for a different agent this time and it's been a world of difference. My new agent Erika is always very helpful and explains things well giving very needed tips, she is always very quick at returning calls or messaging me letting me know she's busy but will call me right as soon as she can.

I could not be more pleased with the help and service I received from Natalie. She is knowledgeable, professional, eager to help and offer suggestions and very responsive.
