This was one our best vacation. They went extra mile knowing we had never been to the Bahamas. Shane was great at communication the whole time. He had us a driver set up from airport to Resort Great Resort and location was close to everything We will definitely use them on all vacations going forward.

Although I had misfortune and couldn't attend my trip I planned, booking with Shane and Cruisagen was outstanding! Shane and his "crew" really know their stuff and they aim to please you and make sure you have a memorable experience! When I am able I am calling Shane back and getting my trip planned again!!

My experience with Cruisagen has been wonderful. Shane Reeves is very attentive when u are talking to him about what you are wanting and where you want to go. He explains things so you can understand them. Always available for questions when you have them.
